I had the Meter sausage dinner good sausage but skimpy on the fries, beer 🍺 is huge tasty and awesome pricey but then again it's a full litter not a pint us Americans are used to drinking. The reason I gave this a 4/5 stars is because they could do better on the meal like use thicker fries and/ or add potato salad bigger sausage but then again I'm only German by blood which having a grandma born in Hamburg I was eager to try this place not even knowing what meter sausage is so that may or may not be the size you will see photos below. Over all cute little German cafe style restaurant that claims to be #1 street food. You want authentic German food this place A definite worth trying and coming to enjoy the environment and Beer 🍺🍻🍻 Peter The Chef and Daniel the owner should be proud
Went to have lunch with some family members. We love to try all the German restaurants and compare them to the ones we go to in Germany. This place has great doner! We could be in Germany! I would recommend the wrap as the sandwich version just has too much bread. We also ordered some very tasty falafel balls, yum!
The best German food/street food ever. Chef is from Hamburg. I was stationed in Hamburg and the selections were certainly a flashback. Food was perfectly seasoned, priced very well, and large portions. The grainy mustard with the warm pretzel was wonderful. Many returns to enjoy!
I actually brought my girlfriend from Germany here because she was craving Döner and hadn't got 7-8 years. She was so impressed with the quality and authenticity of the German food she asked me to take her back for another round the following day. I really enjoyed the food myself. I shouldn't have ordered the döner with the hot & spicy option with having tried the original version. Everything was great and would definitely go back if I'm in the Tampa Bay area again!!!
Awesome food and service. Authentic german food prepared by Peter with care and love. To be honest the Schnitzel was better than the one I once tried in a restaurant in Switzerland. Owner told me that they also deliver with DoorDash but I believe that the in person experience is best since there is also a generous variety of cold authentic beer available to complete the meal no matter what you order from the menu.
Best german food I had since I have lived in the states. I am german,born and raised and this is original german food for sure.I am very impressed and the waitress Heather was very professional and super nice.she took good care of us! Can't wait to come back! Super leckeres Essen!
We sat in the Biergarten, cozy and nice. Döner wraps were delicious, Kölsch on draft was a nice added benefit for me.
A total of 16 German beers on draft, so will have to go back for some others.
Waitress was super nice and kept checking on us, even though we're the only ones seated there. Definitely be back when we're in the area.
A gem of a restaurant and pub with indoor and outdoor seating. The food is fresh and made with passion. This is a full flavor foodie experience. Nice beer selection as well. The potato pancakes are nicely done and the side of cinnamon apple sauce is a treat. The currywurst is cooked perfectly and the homemade potato salad has a perfect blend of flavors. Overall. Great personal service and fresh homemade food made with love is what you find here.
