We were so excited to bring our parents to this restaurant for their birthday last night. Grace came highly recommended from some locals. We arrived at 730 and they were out of the fish and the scallops and the apps we wanted. The mussels came after 45 minutes and were pretty good. They did run out of bread so we didn’t really enjoy them the way we wanted to but they were good. Then we waited for another hour and a half. My clam dish came out and looked as though someone had already eaten it. Like they accidentally grabbed a plate from the dish room that someone had already enjoyed (photo attached). AND it tasted super burnt (idk). My brothers pasta was a big ol crusty brick of noodles that he couldn’t figure out how to get his fork inside. My sisters pasta was like if u put noodles in a dishwasher and ran em a couple times and then plate em up. My dad said his pork was edible (yay!) my mom had the same already eaten clam dish as me. Then the bill came and they charged us for all of it except two entrees. No apologies from the manager, BUT DO LET ME SAY OUR WAITRESS WAS AMAZING WE LOVED HER and she deserves more.

For those of you looking forward a relaxed ,upscale dining adventure on Passe Grille Beach you must visit Grace .Located across from the beach and on the historic streets of Passe Grille it’s a delight . We met Chef Marlin, the unassuming chef that frequents the dining rooms to check on your food . A surprise with every dish . One of the best in the St Petersburg area . Don’t miss it

I love this restaurant! We found it sort of accidentally, last year, when we were staying nearby on St. Pete Beach. We went back this year during our annual trip. It is one of the best restaurants I know. Service, food, and atmosphere are all outstanding. I will absolutely return (already planned) during next year's visit. If you are looking in Pass-a-Grille for a great meal, in a beautiful location, served by friendly and professional staff, Grace is the place to go!

This comfortable but elevated dining experience was the highlight of my trip! There were gluten- and dairy-free options for my family that were just as delicious as the rest of the food. The baked Brie and scallops were show-stopping, and the fresh-caught shrimp in my Alfredo were the best I’ve ever tasted. The server was friendly and attentive. The lighting was muted but not dim, perfect for an evening meal. The only recommendation I can offer would be to label the various dietary options on the menu, but that could be a stylistic decision. I look forward to visiting again!

Wow wow wow! This place rocks. The service was fantastic. We started at the bar and had a couple drinks and the humus appetizer which was very good and a great size portion. Then we sat for our 5:30 reservation and the staff was on point. Great recommendations from drinks to apps to entree. We started with the fried cauliflower with 3 dipping sauces.... amazing. Then for our main My wife had the filet minon and I had the pork shank. Her steak was cooked to perfection with a nice crisp on the outside. Very tender and delicious. However my pork shank may have been the best fall off the bone, pull it with a fork, melt in your mouth piece of meat I have ever had. Every bite loaded with flavors. The food was absolutely to die for. We live 3 hours away and would be willing to make that drive the food was so good. And unlike most people we didn't finish our dining experience with dessert rather we had the octopus appetizer. It was equally as good. The food deserves a chef kiss. And our server Robin and bartender (I can't remember her name) were both super friendly and very attentive. Two big 👍👍for Grace.

My mom was visiting us from Canada for the 1st time in 3 years due to the pandemic. We spent a few hours at the beach and wanted to take her to a nice dinner on April 21st, 2022. For three of us, our bill was $139, and we had some dietary needs, that we clearly communicated with the waitress. My husband and I do not eat dairy, meat and most seafood. We ordered the Herb Roasted Cauliflower, Salt & Sugar Cured Heirloom Tomatoes (both very good), 2 orders of French Fries and we shared the Pan Roasted Sea Scallops. We asked the waitress if the scallops can be sautéed in olive oil, rather than butter and asked what can be replaced for the risotto since we don’t eat dairy. She said she can replace with fresh veges. We advised no dairy on the plate. When the scallops arrived, it had the risotto and black garlic butter. The scallops also tasted cold and bland. I had one of the scallops and my husband had half of the 2nd one to see if it was cold. In total, 5 scallops on the plate. The fresh veges had come out before the scallops but lacked flavor. The broccoli was steamed. The carrots were hard. Part of the vege dish had salt and pepper. Honestly the worst plate of veges I have had. It is not hard to make veges taste great, especially for vege lovers. So, the scallop plate was sent back. The scallop plate was returned back to us without the garlic butter and risotto and it had 3 ½ scallops from the original plate. They did not offer to do anything consider the experience we had. The waitress was embarrassed as most of this not her fault. It appears that the owner is also the chef and appears to be very inflexible when it comes to feedback and welcoming to dietary needs. The shrimp burger my mother ordered also lacked flavor. She went inside the restaurant and provided that feedback. Last July 4th, a friend had ordered the shrimp burger and I recall her saying it was not good, lacking flavor. It appears to be some shrimps molded into a burger and then grilled. It is not clear if the burger is seasoned at all. We will not give Grace St. Pete a chance again. I understand how hard it has been for restaurants during the pandemic, but common courtesy from restaurant owners to good paying customers is not hard to display.

I was there on 2/17 at 7pm with a party of 4. They started by telling us that they were out of the pasta entrée that I was going to order for dinner. Kind of odd, it was a regular item on the menu and its pasta, but I will survive. We ordered our apps and entrées which consisted of one special and the rest were regular items on the menu. 5 minutes later, the waitress returns to tell us they are out of the special (the only fish item on the menu and it was salmon). Okay, now you are starting to ruin our dinner. We order something else and about 10 minutes later, the waitress returns to tell us that they are out of the flatbread appetizer that we ordered. You ran out of flatbread? Really? At this point, I just want to eat an leave. I might have gotten over that they were out of everything on the menu, had a manager stopped by or if they bought us a round of drinks, but they did nothing. I am usually a very generous tipper, but this was the worst tip that I have ever left for the staff (10%, which was still too much). I would not go back. Out of everything, poor service and average food.

My fiancé and I arrived at 8:45pm for a late dinner - date night. We wanted an outside table because the weather was finally cool enough to enjoy. We were sat on the patio. (which is covered so even though it rained during dinner we were unbothered) We got a cocktail off the drink menu and glass of wine. We also ordered the “cheese of the day” which was a roll filled with Bree drizzled with honey (AMAZING), walnuts (coated in sugar-delicious), and a grape/ arugula salad. For dinner we got the Rigatoni with Clams , and the Seared Scallop entree. All of our food was delicious! I wasn’t that excited about the tri colored noodles in the rigatoni, they were a little too al dente for me, but over all the meal was really good. The roll with the cheese was my favorite part and the scallops were sooooo good too. The waitress was quick and knowledgeable. We took dessert Togo- key lime cheesecake - it was so good I didn’t have time to get a picture of it. Would definitely recommend for a cute date night. They did have a lot of seating area inside for bigger parties but due to covid-19 and rules in our area, some tables are not used for social distancing. I suggest to call and make reservation !
