Waffle House

Awesome experience, yummy food and fantastic staff 😊👍 We were coming straight off the beach early Saturday morning but the Treasure Island branch had no power and we were sent here to St. Pete. (Another restaurant wouldn't do, it had to be Waffle House.. the prices are great and the food is consistent so a favorite is worth the drive!) Even with the added patrons this location was able to keep the masses fed and happy! The waitresses were attentive and the cooks were flying. They worked well together, I enjoyed hearing the back and forth of orders being sent in and called out as our table ate and chatted. Great job everyone!

The waffle house in Treasure Island was closed so we went to the next closest Waffle House in St. Pete's. It was outstanding!!! The service was great as well. The eggs were cooked to order perfectly. The bacon was crispy but juicy and the hash browns were browned and crunchy perfectly too. The entire staff was friendly and they all worked well together. Great Meal!!!

My first experience here on a Friday was great. Cashier lady was very friendly and food was as normal, good. Second time here on a Monday night at 11:30, service was horrible. We were ignored as we walked in, then went to seat ourselves like most WH’s, and were yelled at that the table was closed. There were 3 tables that needed bussed. We waited for 10 minutes with no communication then got seated and waited another 10 minutes just to get a drink order. My first time was great, this time was absolutely horrible. They only have two working on a Monday night which is understandable but there is ZERO hustle and friendliness in the staff tinight

always enjoy waffle house.. but not this one.. went in today at a slow time 10:50 and the service was terrible.. non existent.. exactly 6 servers standing around behind the counter having a group conversation.. It was like you walked into a private party uninvited. there were only 3 tables seated in the restaurant.. I sat there several minutes and no effort was made to take my order.. I walked out... no interest by the staff to bring a pleasant timely WH experience ...
