Burger King

I feel bad for this business owner but also I feel like they need to check this location more frequently. If you don't have enough staff for the hours, you must reduce hours, You can't just burn your people out or stress them out this way. The poor staff are having to lock the doors to keep customers out because they cannot handle it. Then they take your drive through order and have you wait in parking lot until they can make it and fill it...20ish minutes. That isn't fast food. That is take out...so you need to explain that on your drive thru menu...so that customers know what to expect. It isn't fair to take money and not deliver for that long. People have places they are going, which is why they are stuck getting with drive thru food...they would never expect to pay and wait that kind of time when there is no one ahead of them. However that was my experience today (and for a parking lot full of people behind me) as they waited to make all orders before unlocking doors and bringing them out. That isn't an okay process...not if taking money in advance. After this experience, I won't be back any time soon, even if I see no lines.

Notice Bryce was working alone for the whole store. I commended him that he got a lot of breakfast already ready and didn’t know that the sandwich I ordered had to be specially made and he made it with the same passion as if the store was fully staffed. Management should be made aware of his dedication and hard work in these pandemic times that stuff is lacking. He still made it to work. He should be rewarded well Burger King

One of the most mediocre work environments of burger King I've ever seen. Food is pretty decent, but the customer service and work environment is astoundingly awful. Kitchen is always dirty, and very understaffed. They always claim that labor is high, but there isn't enough business happening to be considered "labor". And I'm still living off a measly 15 dollars per hour paycheck for the last 6 years I've been working there. There needs to be improvement as soon as possible in this establishment.

Got my food to go on my way home from a long day of work. I ordered the new whopper melt. I should’ve checked everything before hitting the road because the whopper melt was cold not even five minutes from receiving the food and both the soda and the fries had a faint taste of cigarette ash. The receipt was not in the bag so I have to leave a review here instead of letting the manager at the store or the owner know my bad experience at this particular location.

This is the worst BK that I ever went. I ordered impossible whopper and the guy said that they weren't have the impossible. So I went to the drive thru and I ordered the crispy chicken. When I arrived home for my surprise, the chicken had a lot oily and the french fries was so cold. I wasn't happy at all. I waste my time, gas, and money with this place. Very dissapointed.

First I was in line at their drive thru for 15mins and didn’t move. So I decided to go inside. That was a mistake as well. No line at all ordered my food and it took 20mins to get it. Hands down the worst Burger King I have ever been in. 3 idiots working with the one guy who had no idea how to make anything in the menu. I will never go back and recommend McDonald’s or to starve because your better off!
