Brickstone Pizza

Pizza was pure dough no taste. They can even get French fries right. The manager stated he does not have owners phone number??? Then some young kid slaps check down that was not even our server. If you want food that taste like garbage truck juice then go eat there. ZERO customer service. Place smelled like a landfill. I will do everything to make sure hard working Americans don't eat here.This place needs to be report to board of health and will be.

Just left. I stood at the bar for almost 5 mins after requesting that they change the channel to ESPN so I could catch the last few minutes of an NBA playoff game. This was at about 10pm, the bar was NOT busy. It was not a full house and there were less than 8 people at the bar. I watched as the girl that I first spoke to politely told her coworker (older white guy, maybe bald?) “the gentleman at the bar asked….” He proceeded to roll his eyes and mumble something under his breath along the line of “on a Friday night..blah blah”…as if they were actually too busy to pick up a remote for 15 seconds. Unreal. At a bar with about 15 TVs and you cant even put on on live sports. I wont be back. Pizza is mediocre too.

We come here about once a month to see the different bands play. Overall we have a good time. Today's post sadly is disappointing because our experience wasn't that great. The server was very nice and attentive to our party. I was very impressed at how she managed our group as more kept coming in to join us. I ordered 10 wings hot. The wings came back and I began to eat. They were pretty good but then I noticed it...they only gave me 9 wings. I let the server know that I had only recieved 9 out of 10 wings. Poor thing had a stunned look on her face. I explained to her that I wasn't upset with her as I know that she was extremely busy. But there was no apology...no attempt to correct the matter. I suggested to her that she talk to the kitchen staff to get a better count in the future. We still tipped her well, it wasn't her fault.

We placed our order online and the wrong pizza was delivered. I called the restaurant and spoke with the kitchen manager Nunzio. He said he would gladly make us a new pizza if I could come and pick it up and offered a free dessert for the inconvenience, which I thought was a great way to handle this. I arrived at the restaurant and Nunzio came out and apologized and said he would do what ever he needed to do make it right. I really appreciate everything. The pizza was great and the Zeppoli were awesome just like he said. This was our 1st time ordering and we definitely will be back . Great customer service and great food. Thank you. All of the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend.
