Ok, are you ready for this? This is the best Cracker Barrel I've been to by far (including every state we look.for one to eat). I don't know what is different, but it was more delicious and the salad was the best I've had! Last time we ate at the Layton area one and the hashbrown casserole was horrible to the point that we said we would never have it again. I told the server that and she said she would change it for me if I had the same experience again. Their hashbrown casserole was moist and fresh. Divine!!! I am very upset not at this location, but corporate that took my favorite fish Haddock that was the reason I ate there so frequently with my mom and my favorite steak too. Not cool. They actually had the best haddock. It was done perfectly every time and it was delicious. I had taught many friends about the haddock and many atr there only because of it. That wasn't a smart business decision to get rid of the best fish and keep others that aren't as good.

I ordered three breakfast sets, which were very affordable and tasted good. Favorite pancake! The environment is very comfortable and the layout is American! Great for gathering with friends!

We just love the breakfast and pancakes after a long weekend of playing on the trails at Sand Hollow. Allison was a great waitress. Very kind and knowledgeable.

It was good, nothing special. It was clean and organized and above all, I loved how fast they brought out our food! That was FANTASTIC!! Server, Adam was nice and checked on us a few times. Too many pecans in the pancakes, hardly had any batter. Sausage patties were tiny, too.

I like the atmosphere here for a casual meal. The store is fun. The fried chicken was way over cooked. Very dry. The breakfast meats on my wife's plate were over done as well. She said the pancakes tasted funny. I'm sure there are other meals that are spot on, but for us this time was a bust. The people here are very nice, but the cook is still in training.

Our waitress was FANTASTIC. My spouse had one of the best sirloins he has ever had and it was only 14.99. We have paid six times that for a steak that didn't come close to as tasty. Breakfast all day is a bonus. The wait was a bit long, but then again we were there on a weekend when it was Parade of Homes. We will definitely be back.

Generally good home-style cooking with a unique country store that you pass thru to get to the dining room. Best no-sugar-added apple pie available anywhere!
