Literally the worst experience we've ever had at a McDonald's. We placed a curbside pickup order at 3pm on a Monday. The place was barely busy, we literally waited 17 minutes in the car for someone to bring the order out, which never happened. We went inside and the order was being bagged then slammed on the counter like it was such a big order it was literally 3 sandwiches. When we asked why no one ever brought out our order, we were told it was held up because of one apple pie we ordered. Why let the food sit there getting cold for 15 minutes, instead of bringing it out and telling us about the 15 minutes wait on an apple pie? We would've just asked for something else. They were frazzled with literally 3 cars in line... How difficult can these simple orders be where it takes more than 15 minutes to prepare and the entire order was still completely wrong. They gave us a double quarter pounder no pickle, instead of the big mac we ordered, when we confronted the manager, she was extremely rude, name was "Jaime" then took the sandwich and gave it to the correct customer, after we had already inspected the sandwich instead of throwing it away, which is a big food safety problem... Overall a terrible experience, it wasn't busy, no reason to be frazzled, terrible management, they were completely oblivious to our 20 minutes of waiting for a simple curbside order...

Not a good experience… I don’t know where the staff members heads were, but somewhere other than at work. My wife’s chicken sandwich was burnt and when we brought it to managements attention and wanted to exchange it for a quarter pounder, we were told no and we’d have to pay the difference. The reason, she had taken two bites… horrible service.

Doors say “come on it” but they’re locked. So forced to wait in drive thru line and waited over 15 minutes barely moving before even getting to place my order. Absolutely ridiculous. 1. Take the “come on in” sign off of your door and replace with dining room closed if you don’t want costumers in your store. 2.if you’re going to force your costumers to waste gas idling in the drive thru atleast make sure your employees are making it move at a reasonable pace. 3. If you’re going to make your costumers wait for eternity in the driverhru line, atleast give them food that isn’t cold and get their orders right. With the door closed I was forced to keep the wrong and cold ordered because I wasn’t about to wait another 20+ to hop back in the drive thru line. How this store is still in business is beyond me.

Cleaning the ice cream machine in the middle of the the afternoon rush an a beautiful sunny Saturday... Look like a loss in a lot of shake and ice cream sales and since when did one machine make both shakes and ice cream cones???? Slacking y'all come on get it together. Y'all shaming the memories of when I worked at this exact same store years ago. I'm a local so I will be back again I'm sure we love the beach.

Wow!! I just had to share my experience this morning. The man at the payment window was so incredibly polite and friendly, the man at the pick up window was so incredibly polite and friendly. I stopped going to this McDonald’s in August 2021 because the older woman with long hair who worked the pickup window was beyond rude and unprofessional and the fries had kitchen flies fried onto them…. but they really changed! Everything was hot and fresh. All the staff was so nice.

This could quite possibly be the worst McDonald's in the world. Aside from the rude, incompetent staff, the food is horrible. Unfortunately I took one huge bite of a Big Mac and before my brain registered that it was bad, I had already swallowed the bite. I threw the rest out and an hour later, I was sick. NEVER frequent this vomitoreum! P.S. This was after my second visit. I'd decided to give them a 2nd chance since it's on the island and close by. My first experience just yielded an interminable wait, cold food that ended up in the trash at home.

Don't even think about it.. I don't usually go here, but today I really wanted an iced caramel mocha. When I got to the window for my order, they handed me a hot coffee. I told them it was supposed to be iced and instead of fixing what my receipt clearly said, they told me that was wrong. Finally they just made the right drink. When I got this, it was barely full. News flash!! Whipped cream doesn't hide the empty cup.

DO NOT EAT AT THIS MCDONALD'S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I had to pull over for my order then the order was WRONG. I didn't get my sausage bisquit which was for my German Shepherd because we had just come from the vet. I got 2 of the NASTIEST potato cakes. My Shepherd wouldn't even EAT THEM!!! They were so greasy that I had to spray N wash the sheet that I put it on. My Shepherd stepped all over the hashbrown, got it all over my freshly vacuumed car. It was a NIGHTMARE!!!! I repeat - DO NOT EAT AT THIS MCDONALDS!!!!

I only eat at McDonald because it is quick and easy, not because the food tastes good. But this particular McDonalds is the worst I've ever been to. I ordered a breakfast sandwich that is supposed to come with a patty bacon and cheese and a small coffee. The total came out to around $5. When I opened the bag my sandwich only had bacon and cheese on it. How the hell do you forget the patty. Even a monkey could realize that the sandwich doesn't look right. My coffee has cream and no sugar. I threw the entire bag away. What a waste of $5 and my time. Idiots.
