Ordered at 9:37 pm received order at 10:17. Cold food & soggy cold fries. Came into the store 2 employees sittin at tables on their phones meanwhile some maintenance could've been done. No napkins no ice no straws no cup lids unswept floors dirty windows. Bad 1st experience at Krystals! I am very disappointed that ppl compare this to White Castle.

We ordered our food got our drinks and went and sit down waiting for them to deliver to our table after about a 10-minute wait I went up to the counter and there was no one there nobody in sight at the drive-up window the counter in the kitchen area. They were all in the back laughing and joking and finally me tapping on the counter someone come around the corner and asked if they could help me and I said yes we're waiting on our food oh he said went to the computer and it showed it's been 11 plus minutes so they went to put the food paper on a dirty tray and I said no get me a clean Trey and make sure the fries are hot in the hamburgers are so they got rid of the hamburgers and I assume they got different fries but then the meal was correct. However the men's bathroom was absolutely filthy with a toilet seat with waste looking on it and the floors in the dining area look like and then mop the swept and days.

Employee was very kind and happy. There were no prices listed on the menu (after I commented on it the employee offered me a paper version they jeep on the counter with prices) One of the employees wore drive through headset into the bathroom... she was only there for a moment and came out with a spray bottle so i dont think she was going to the bathroom but it makes me wonder how common it is that this may happen...

I thought about it, and I think I was a little rough on my review last week, so if they fix the seat its 4 stars I'm doing it in advance. The food is tastey kind of like white caste. and if you look, there usualy is some kind of special going on. (Its sliders, small hot dogs chicken sliders, stuff like that. and they do have a breakfast. haven't tried it so I won't review it. Give it a shot, some people love it others not so much. Worth a try, you may be back.

Staffing is minimal with workers not showing up. Too many mistakes on orders. Prices are too high. Hamburger meat is too thin. Breakfast is ok and price is reasonable. Too much bread on burgers. Counter service is lacking since when staff is thin wait times for ordering is extended by time spent on drive through. People are friendly but frustrated by poor planning and service

Terrible Terrible I waited 30 minutes at the drive threw. They first told me to pull ahead to the door at 10 minutes after that I went in they said 5 more minutes 10 minutes later I went back in.I watched 3 cars get their order.I asked them about this and they said they did not get burgers? So if 3 orders came threw with items that they make most of the time then why was I waiting? Had I not paid for it I would have never waited? Then I did not get a receipt maybe they didn't know how to ring the order up? TERRIBLE TERRIBLE will never go back!
