They made the food fast, but they failed on a few things. The Tom Kha Gai was very good spices but the container was only 70% of the way with soup. The chicken was tough and dry in both dishes. Not sure its the end of the night or what. The white rice was done well very moist and cooked well. The vegetables in the soup were fresh. The noodles in the pad thai were cooked well but the chicken was tough and old in age tasted chewy to a point. The customer service was good. But I expect them to ask if you need utensils or hot sauce etc they didn’t. Im visiting from out of state so I am very well versed with Thai food.

I'd give this place 10 stars if I could. Best Thai I've had in years. Tea is home brewed and delicious. Peanut skewers were amazing. Wonderful fried rice. The green curry is to die for. Soups are delicious. The chef is creating magic in his kitchen. Chef - if you see this look in the mirror and pat yourself on the back! Our waitress was AMAZING. Such a wonderful personality and helpful, delicious recommendations when we asked. She was a delight. My only complaint is that the restaurant isn't located in my city. If so, we'd visit weekly. Highly recommend!

Very unfortunate experience with this restaurant. Although the food is good (I know from prior experience), we will not be back. I tried to order food through their website for take-out and was automatically directed to Doordash. I ordered for 3 people, paid online. I was given a time for pick-up, but when I arrived, the manager said they don't work with Doordash anymore, and he wanted me to order and pay again for our meals! I explained I shouldn't have to pay again, but they loudly and rudely said "Call Door Dash! We don't work with them anymore!" We then asked that they please contact Door Dash at some point to have them taken off their online ordering system, they said "No! We don't work with them!" We did call Door Dash and got a refund and had to do Libby's job for them by letting Door Dash know there was a problem that needed to be fixed. Worst customer service I've ever encountered at a restaurant in St. Augustine.
