Coming from NY/NJ area I have a high expectation for pizza and Italian food. We went there for a meatball parm and a 10" pizza. The meatball parm was made with small Costco type meatballs (very small sanwich). It was what you expect to get at a Subway restaurant. The 10 " personal pizza my son wanted was ordered with 2 toppings. They charge $1.99. Each topping. So the personal pizza came to $14.00 After paying I inquired what the topping fee is for a large pie. She replied the same as a personal pie. Pretty ridiculous that it cost me $2.00 for 9 peperoni slices ..... if it was a large pie same price twice as much toppings. Pizza was okay tasting but ........ (SMALL FOR $14.00)!!! Next time better off going to a grocery store and picking up a frozen pizza.

I have to say a full 5 stars because of all the little pizza places I've been to here in St Augustine and the surrounding areas Cino's is on point!!! Not only is the food fresh daily and every thing else is MADE IN HOUSE YA'LL I REPEAT, IN HOUSE!! Everything I have had has been amazing my personal favorites are: The San Augustin as Calzone, the Mozzarella sticks (seriously best tasting breading ever!) and the Margherita Pizza!! Everything is just wonderful! So that is the food side...on to the company kept, Jake along with everyone else there (that i have met) are absolutely Phenomenal!! They talk to you and genuinely treat you like family!! Last bit I promise....just in case ya'll weren't aware they now have a Pizza Truck that's right!! A flippin' pizza truck, I think they can do everything but pasta (don't quote me on that) but its amazing just to hang out at!! you can walk-up, call in and pick-up or they will even deliver!!! Talk about WINNING!! Thank you Cino's for being there for us italian lovers during such horrible times!!!

I've looked everywhere for pizza like this. If you crave Deep dish, come here. Good food, great service. So happy we found this place in St Augustine. I had to stop the husband from eating it all in one sitting. 😉 Would you consider opening a restaurant in St Petersburg area?

We stopped by for a quick bite close to the interstate on our way back home. I'm so glad we did!! First off, the fried mozzarella sticks were, and I quote, "our family's new favorite sticks". My husband was already planning a return trip from Ohio just for the food alone. The pizza was AMAZING!! Our 4 year old devoured it. Ash took great care of us. She was so sweet and took the time to come over and made us feel so welcomed! They are certainly lucky to have her there! We will most certainly be back ANYTIME we are in the area, or the state. Do not miss this place!! It's a hidden gem you will NOT regret finding.

Ordered fried chicken sub. Received a sub with meat from buffalo wings in it( they cooked wings and ripped meat off drumsticks for my sub) Called to have it reordered, woman on the phone said it was unlikely to have happened. When the delivery guy came i showed him the sandwiches and he confirmed that meat was from wings and even saw the cook preparing it as such. The only reason this has 3 stars is from that drivers honesty. The above is just the occasion that prompted this review. The quality of food is in decline, burnt calzone bottoms, knots that arent cooked thoroughly. Ive added pictures of my sub below,as well as another bad review which the person moderating reviews entirely waved off. Someone doesn't care, and it shows. Been trending down hill lately and someone doing the owner responses cant take the criticism. The people complaining more often than not live in the surrounding communities and have been patrons at cinos for some time and are giving bad reviews because they see the service and quality of food declining.

Just happend to be in the area on vacation. Needed some pizza real bad. Saw this place online and decided to check it out. First off, they take online orders through google. Which is hella dope. The whole menu is avilable and you dont even have to pick up the phone. The manager is a nice guy and they get it ready fast. Also, if you dont wanna go see em, they do deliver. The pizza is much better than any chain. So give it a shot. Im sure they have something you like.

The staff are very friendly. However, on two separate occasions I was delivered raw wings. I've never sent food back in my life but I had no choice here. Since then I've always asked for "well done" on pizza and wings. Even asking for well done, I got a pizza that was undercooked goo that my kids wouldn't even eat. Unfortunately, I won't eat here again. I'm not sure if it's a new owner or cook or what because they used to be top notch.
