The Hyppo Coffee Bar

The Hyppo Coffee Bar is the best place in St. Augustine to come and relax or study and get some great espresso drinks. From hot or iced teas to beers and wines the Coffee Bar has just about everything. Fresh baked quiche, empanadas, bundt cakes and cookies as well! The pop selection here is great! You can always find the pops in season.

I came in for the grand opening, so obviously the vibe was popping! Over all my impressions are positive. The space has tons of arm chairs, as well as large tables for socializing. I had a cappuccino, which had an excellent flavor in the espresso, not sure if it was the trilogy or bold bean brew they boasted serving (though it didn't taste like the bold bean). The staff were friendly and efficient, and they had a good selection of Hyppo pops (if not the full variety). They have a decent selection of local beers, only downside is they don't have a full menu visible that I could find, only prices were for the coffee and tea. They had baked goods available as well. Wish there was one in Jacksonville!

Nice and Cozy coffee bar that's a.litttle hidden. Lot of big tables and room to spread out if your doing some work or just want to relax. In addition to coffee, they are known for their gourmet popsicles. Staff is very friendly and coffee is good. Good local company and highly recommend supporting.
