Amici Italian Restaurant

It was good Italian. We were able to make a reservation for 8 tonight a few hours before arriving to eat. The roasted garlic and oil for the bread is very good. The fried mozzarella was very good. The eggplant Parmesan was in the top of the best I have I say within the top 5. The chicken Cesar was very good and fresh. The tour of Italy was 10 times better than Olive Garden. The homemade Alfredo was good and you can definitely it was homemade. The waitress was nice and friendly but slacked on refills maybe they were short staffed.

Last minute stop with my wife as I was craving pasta and we happened to drive by. We both went with the "build your own pasta." I had cheese tortellini in meat sauce and meatballs. Honestly, the chunks of meat in the meat sauce were so big that the meatballs were just a bonus... and so good! My wife had the angel hair pasta with pesto and shrimp. We wrapped it up with a cannoli, which was exactly the amount of sweet we needed to finish up our dinner. The service was excellent as well. NOTE: My wife's dish was much prettier when we first got it. She just started mixing before I could take a picture.

This is possibly the work pasta I have had in a long time. I ordered fettuccine with pesto sauce, shrimp and scallops. It came with a Cesar salad and it was watered down. The shrimp and scallops were cooked very well; however the pesto sauce is the most disappointing thing I have ever tasted. It was mostly olive and it was extremely bland. Not to mention the charge $18 for 5 scallops. Olive Garden has a better pesto and that’s not saying much. For the price it is definitely not worth it for 3 creat your own pasta’s and one $9 alcoholic beverage the bill was over $100. I am holding my anger back in this review a lot. I don’t recommend going here I I will not be supporting this establishment ever again.

Not happy with this at all. The portions were a joke. 26$ dollars for the Italian trio and 3 dollar up charge for chicken parm.. I got half of a chicken breast pounded flat, see picture... 3 meals 100$... as to your lying reply... yes you offered to 3$ back...not taking into account the eggplant parm that was not on the plate. My party were my two kids who had their noses in their phones, there was no disruption, we were quiet the whole time until I made my complaint at the end of the meal. We treated your server with respect the whole time.

We had a wonderful server named Lesley who made our dining experience very enjoyable and the food was just outstanding. Complements to the chef! The hostess was also very friendly. We were told seating would be about 25 minutes, but we only had to wait maybe 10 minutes 👍. The restaurant is very beautiful and the atmosphere is relaxing. Come for the food, though, and you won't be disappointed. Got a pleasant surprise at how good the celery soup was, and I don't even like celery. A bit spicy from the datil pepper, but oh, so good. Everything in the pictures was great and provide an extra meal at home. Highly recommend this place when in the St. Augustine area of Florida.

My brother in law and I had the Chicken Parmazone! Oh my goodness it was delicious! I could only eat 1/3 of it! The margherita pizza, Angel hair basil cream pasta with shrimp and the fantastic (but spicy) celery datil soup were all favorites of our family!!! Our waitress was new, and she did a great job! I'll definitely be returning here!
