Amazing food! We went two days in a row. The calamari was delicious, the brunch is phenomenal! Highly recommend the chicken and waffles and prime rib Eggs Benedict! Mimosas were delicious as were their margaritas! Bobby the bartender is a gem and if he's working he will take great care of you! Beautiful views and all around wonderful experience!

We love The Reef, and we will eat here every single time we are in the area. Actually, we've driven by just to eat on through trips because it's just that worth it to us. First, they clean the shrimp. Next, the servers we have had always know the menu very well, so they are able to answer questions and make knowledgeable suggestions about ordering. Additionally, they bread it here, so allergies to corn and soy aren't limiting on the menu. In fact, nothing of food allergies caused any issue or concern for eating here. Finally, the food is fantastic and appears to be prepared with passion. We took a few pictures, but know that the pictures don't really do justice to the plate's true appearance. There's also humor in the fried green tomatoes with sauce on the side for kids.

Great Ocean view from outside seats or inside seats. The deck sits just a couple yards from the top of the sand dune/cliff. It is like being four stories above the ocean. Our server, Conny, did a great job from start to finish. The meal started with a fresh loaf of bread and whipped butter that melted right into each slice. Our Entree arrived hot and tastefully seasoned. Mahi was properly cooked and lightly blackened just as ordered. The fried shrimp was crisp and served with amazing fries that stayed crisp long after meal was served. Cold drinks refreshed right on cue as the ocean breeze melted them away. This can be a $$$ night out with select menu items and they sprinkle in a few $$ options.

I have visited The Reef many times. But this time I got to share it with my Ladies who Brunch. There were 8 of us and we got to enjoy a lovely brunch menu. I loved my eggs Benedict, it came with a cinnamon muffin and fruit, a nice touch to a delicious meal. Our waitress Jessica was very accommodating to our large group. She made sure that all of us had everything that we needed to ensure a wonderful time was had by all. The view is always enticing. Love this place. 🌊

We had a great family dinner here after a fun day at the beach. The food was amazing and the service was on point. My daughter ate her entire meal and Carmel cheesecake without sharing a bit. The key lime pie also passed my husbands test. A new favorite place for us.

Our first dinner stop on a trip to Vilano Beach was dining in at The Reef. We were spending a week at a condo nearby and decided to come here for our first night. Pros: First off, our waiter was awesome and friendly. He gave a lot of information about the food which I liked. The view of the ocean is fantastic and the overall seating outside is good. I initially got the Seafood shrimp pasta for a change and it was great! One of the better seafood pastas I’ve had. Cons: While I myself enjoyed my meal, the rest of the people in my party were not really enjoying it. A few people said their food wasn’t good. Additionally, the service was a little wonky at first where our waiter was kind of forgetting a few things about us. There was something just wrong about my family’s food. I myself throughly enjoyed my meal at the Reef but the experience the rest of the people in my party had to have ended up making me deduct 2 stars from this review. I may return but I don’t think my family will want to come back. So overall 3 out of 5. We may be back? I’m not sure.

Beautiful view. Good cocktails. Blackened grouper was delicious. Make sure to ask for bread service too for an extra buck.

We were visiting my brother and his family and they brought us here for lunch and it was great. We came right as it opened, so there was not a wait. By the time we left, there were quite a few people there despite the fact that it was a record low for temperature. Everyone's food came out awesome. The French Fries were super great as well, the kids loved it.
