This was an excellent dining experience! One of our top 10! A little expensive, but great for a special night! Stunningly beautiful building. Beautiful wood ceiling. Feels like a Spanish hacienda. Very small restaurant. The food is amazing! Our waitress Harmony Rain was totally endearing and charming!!!

Delicious dinner, friendly efficient servers. The only mild negative is that it was too fast. Salad course came out in two minutes flat with mains rapidly as well. But the food was excellent. I had a salad with pickled onions on top that I loved. Steak/meat mains were perfectly cooked. Also, wine choices were really good and the wine prices were very fair with much less mark up that I'm used too.

This was, no joke, the best meal my husband and I have ever had, hands down. Service was impeccable, even the side salad was a work of art. I ordered the medallions with gorgonzola cream sauce, my husband ordered the surf and turf. Our server even let us do lobster ravioli as an appetizer which was so delicious. Down to the Basil infused olive oil for the bread, just incredible. Worth the price.

Completely wowed. I felt like I was dining at a top restaurant in NYC. Small menu with perfectly paired sides and thoughtful dressings. Just enjoyed my leftovers for lunch and still can't get over how wonderful our meals were especially at the cost. Completely affordable and nice wine list. I enjoyed a flounder special encrusted with nuts and a lovely lemon type cream sauce over jasmine coconut rice and zucchini. My husband enjoyed his beef tenderloin and the bite I had, has me wanting to get on their reservation list again soon! Brandon was a wonderful server and made a wonderful recommendation for wine. Oh, and this is the only second place in the area (that I've come across) that does the sorbet palette cleanser before your main dish. Applause to the Chef!

Almost couldn't get in. We were in town for just two days and they did not have any reservations available. Luckily, I got a call that there was a cancelation and if I could be there in 15 minutes they would be able to get us a table. My wife got the steak with the Verde sauce (chimichurri) and I had the flounder (catch of the day) over rice, black beans, corn, with an avocado sauce around it. I took a bite out of my wife's steak and, honestly, it was probably the best steak I've had. Even if she likes medium-well and I like medium. My only regret was not stealing some of my wife's green sauce to put over my flounder. The flounder was great to begin with but that sauce brought it up a notch.

This place is amazing. It's very exclusive and well worth the drive. From appetizers to the main course your meal is beautifully served and complimented by fantastic service. It's like a bite out of heaven. The quality is well worth the price

Outstanding from start to finish. Everything was perfectly cooked and my wife said the Bougainvillea Dessert was the best dessert she’s ever had. We can’t wait to return. Jessica was our most excellent waitperson.

I would rate Collage more than five stars if I could. My husband and I dined there recently. We were greeted very nicely and seated almost immediately for a reservation. Victoria was our server and she did an absolutely wonderful job. The ambience is quiet and romantic. I love the way the the stars in the window accent the silver in the draperies. My husband had the catch of the day which was a snapper Veracruz and he absolutely loved it. Victoria recommended the shrimp and scallops with mushrooms and fresh pasta and it’s probably one of the best restaurant dishes I have ever had. We started with a wonderful seasonal salad that had strawberries in it and champagne vinaigrette. We like to dine at local, non-chain restaurants when we are traveling. We are specifically looking for chef driven restaurants like Collage. It did not disappoint. It lived up to its high rating. Do yourself a favor and choose Collage if you are in St. Augustine… but be sure to make a reservation first! It is a popular destination restaurant!

My boyfriend and I had our anniversary dinner here and it is by far the best restaurant we have ever been to. From checking in for our reservation, to the service and food, everything was perfect. We started with the BBQ shrimp off of the specials menu which was beautifully done and had a small kick to it which I absolutely loved. When our entrees came out, we were blown away. I had the beef medallions on the specials menu and my boyfriend had the 8oz grilled tenderloin with the onion and Gorgonzola topping. The food is absolutely to die for. I once was a hater for bleu cheese, but I now am a fan because of that cream sauce. My beef medallions were cooked at a perfect medium rare and I could not get enough of the gnocchi and mushroom sauce. I’ve never experienced anything to this caliber on my palette. Not only was the food amazing, but the service was exceptional as well. Emily and her trainee (I’m so sorry to have forgotten her name) were perfect and made great recommendations on beers. Thank you so much for the wonderful anniversary dessert. That was truly sweet for our special day. We will definitely be back again.

Definitely in my top restaurant experiences ever. From the hostess to the server (Jessica) to the chef and even the other clientele: an amazing dining experience. A cozy restaurant, we talked with our nearby neighbors and shared some wine and birthday greetings. My 10 y/o son loved everything. He’s becoming quite the foodie. He was very impressed with the strawberry sorbet palette cleanser. He said he could eat that all day. Appetizers, entrees, wine, desserts, even the coffee: A+++. If you are in St. Augustine you must dine here. We will every trip from now on. Reservations needed.

Tucked away in a rather unassuming building in the old town, this is a real gem of a restaurant. Peach Bellini, perfectly prepared escargot appetizer, strawberry sorbet pallette cleanse, filet mignon with foie gras, caramel almond crusted scallops, creme brule, & fresh hot coffee. The entire dining experience made even better buy the the warm ambience and the best staff in the business. Our hostess Megan and waitress Sydney were outstanding. We can't wait to return!

We celebrated our 35th wedding Anniversary at collage Saturday night. We are still talking about our dinner, we loved the shrimp bisque and I ordered the special which was mutton snapper in an incredible ettouffee sauce. Service could not have been better, the manager made it a point to thank us for visiting again and the staff could not do enough to make sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant is a gem and our favorite in St Augustine

Amazing food and service! We went on Friday night and everything was more than great - fantastic red snapper meal , lamb chops with peppercorn sauce, tenderloin bruschetta and etc. As well very good wine list and professional staff.

We had dinner here on Tuesday night. Everything was perfect. Impeccable service and amazing food. The lamb chops were delicious as well as the tenderloin. The wait staff was very attentive my water glass was never close to empty. Would highly recommend. Make sure to make a reservation you won’t be disappointed.

This is our absolute favorite restaurant in st. Augustine/Jacksonville. Everything about it is outstanding - atmosphere, service and, of course, the food. My husband says their steak is the best, including those he’s had at well known steakhouses. Extra kudos to server Meghan and owner Mike. Can’t say enough about this restaurant. Superb!

We have eaten there multiple times being locals of StAugustine. It is always our #1 pick when out with vendors from work. It is ALWAYS consistent... from the AMAZING food to the very professional friendliness of the wait staff. The atmosphere is very quaint and serene. We have NEVER had a bad meal. I have had the steak and fish dishes...always seasoned and cooked to perfection. The lobster tail..to die for! Props to the chef!
