Delicious pizza. We did a build your own with 4 toppings. We waited 30 minutes after we ordered to pick it up, but not bad! Crust was crispy and toppings were just the right amount. Close to Sequoia National Park, about 30 miles west. We enjoyed the pizza while heading to the park!
Stopped by after we completed our camping excursion in Sequoia National Park and ordered their 16" trail blazer pizza ....truly hit the spot... I loved that they loaded it up with toppings n cheese...n trust it was cheesy so that every slice we grabbed would have cheesy strands of cheese just hanging of the sides yummy! We also loved their pet friendly patio and benches out on the lawn under the pines....had a chance to meet the local herd dog by the name of Champ as well.....who luckily had just punched out n could join us for a slice of pie!
We stopped here after driving 12 hours from Utah on our way to camp in grants grove. Even though it was close to closing time they still made an order for us and were extremely friendly. The pizza was delicious and the chocolate chip cookies were great too. They have several picnic tables under large trees where we sat and enjoyed our pizza.
What a delightful joint with friendly hardworking bunch of youngsters and great atmosphere. Just chanced upon the place as we were whizzing past. Definitely a pleasant surprise so far.... With an interesting food and pizza menu.
This pizza was absolutely delicious, I would definitely go here again if I’m in town.
I didn't expect to find such a good quality pizza going up Kings Canyon!!! Very tasty and very nice atmosphere!
Our personalized pizza takeout was really good, absolutely loaded with fresh toppings (though I would have added a little more sauce myself). I also had to buy one of the huge fresh cinnamon rolls when I saw them at checkout and did not regret it. But the star of this place is the staff and service. The woman who helped me place my order on the phone and was at the register was an absolute delight (providing free corny dad jokes while you cash out). The other patrons inside were clearly enjoying the food and the company, all in jolly moods and super nice. I would definitely come here again if I travel through the area again in the future.
Got 2 different medium pizzas right before they closed and they still served us great quality pizzas. Definitely would order pizzas from here at least once a week if I lived in this area.
It's an awesome spot to stop after a day in the Sequoia National Park!!!
Bear Mountain is exactly what I need when I've got a hankering for a beer and pizza. When you walk in, you order and pay and they give you a number to put on your table, or on the bar in my case. The draft beer was icy cold and served to me immediately when I sat down. The employees are all working hard, yet someone will go out of their way to make a little conversation, tell a joke or two, and make me feel welcome. I've been getting the small, (8 inch), single-serving pizza, and it is a meal. I do not leave hungry. The prices are still great and haven't gone through the roof like most other places.
