Mcdonald's

Last night about 7pm I was in the drive thru getting the child food. Their was a little line but nothing worth getting in a fit over. The lady over the intercom said due to being short staffed can you please give me a few. I said sure, no problem do what you need to do. She said thank you and I waited. I'm sure it was a very short time bc then I was placing my order. Paid for the food and went to the next window. I was greeted by the manager Summer who kept saying sorry about the wait. I told her it was perfectly fine I get it. She was so thankful that I wasn't mean about it. She was so polite and was doing her absolute best. Thanks Summer for that. Customer service in any form is hard but it seems these days fast food gets it the worst. Just be nice and patient they are doing what they can with the staff they have.

They never get anything right. I ordered a small cup of water with no ice, a sausage mcgriddle, and a medium caramel macchiato. Everything was fine till I got to the window, and the lady gave me a small caramel macchiato and I asked if it was a medium and she deliberately lied to my face saying it was, when in fact that the cup said it was a small. Additionally, instead of a water no ice, I got just ice, no water. I wouldn't have been so upset at this location if the lady didn't lie to my face.

I don’t understand how an ice cream machine can be broke 364 days out of the year and ice machine broke 200 days. Always takes forever for “fast food”. Given the wrong order most anytime I go. When I start asking for receipt so I can prove my order is wrong, they can’t print receipt. If I didn’t have kids that wanted the chicken nuggets, I would never go

Slow drive thru. Asked for mustard with order. Didn't get. Asked for it after handed bag. Just git a ugly look and handful kinda thrown toward my hand. No greeting or thanks when given food. Chicken biscuit was 99% cold. Hasbrown was undercooked/soggy and upside down in my bag and broken in half. Drink cup had come all over outside like was overfilled and not wiped down
