We ordered tacos and it was literally a shell with very little meat very little cheese and lettuce. To make it worst we had to come back because they forgot two tacos.

Ordered 3 tacos. Took 20 minutes to get my food and didn't even get the food I ordered 😒. They gave me another person's order. Please make sure you give your customers what they order. Very disappointed today.

Person at front desk was nice . They messed up my order once and it was fine because they fixed it but my chicken quesadilla was so cold the cheese wasn’t even slowly melted . I told them about it and said they didn’t even need to remake it . Just throw it in the microwave . The lady said “we can’t take it back “ and I understood because of the pandemic but she just walked away and didn’t even offer to remake it or anything . So I just threw it away because the meat was even cold .

Absolutely the worst wait time in the drive thru. It's the slowest service at all the Springville location. They don't honor any online prices. They're always higher. This is the same service that happens every time we go there. Other people we know also have had to deal with the same poor service.
