First time at this location. I've been to this brand many times.

The restaurant food was as expected from IHop, also the price. My server today (Lexi L.) did an excellent job.

The food wasn't great, but our waitress made everything better. She was kind, and happy. It really made all the difference. Thank you, Cambri! You were amazing! It's people like you that make a positive difference.
It took a while to get someone to seat us on a Friday morning and the places barely had any customers. The service however was great and quick to get our drinks and order out.
The place was clean, the food was alright for comfort food.
The service here was to notch! Our server was very attentive. It's a great place to bring kids. They have a great selection that appeal to kids. Place was very clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately they were out of avocado which wouldn't have been a big deal if I new before hand because I ordered a cali melt and it didn't taste very good without avocado. The food is usually pretty good but the thing that impress me the most was our waitress. We had a group of 24 people and she single handed took care of all of our need and wants. Very impressed with her!
The food was prepared perfectly and all was delicious. The restaurant was not too busy and we were able to be seated immediately.
I wanted to try the pancake tacos, the waitress said I could not have one of each. I also ordered a couple meals for tacos take home since I was there Alone, but she brought the other to for me to eat and when I told Her it was to go when I ordered.
Short on staff and looking for new employees. We had a great server who made us feel at home. The food was ready quickly and tasted wonderful, really hit the spot.
I wish we could have all the syrups like they use to have, all the different flavors and warm to top on your pancakes. The inside dining was cold inside and the food wasn't all that hot either.
Only problem was that I asked for my egg to be just a little runny instead of really runny but they did really runny. Other than that it was delicious
Staff is friendly, service is efficient and swift. Lot of people but the atmosphere is still somewhat serene.
Kaden was the greatest waiter ever. He was very helpful and he even took my bereal.
