The prices here were good, the food is pretty good and the wait staff was very friendly. They almost always can seat straight away and the food comes out reasonably quick. It's a good breakfast spot that should be checked out.

Omg. What a find. My husband is our chef at The Perkins House B&B, so I am pretty spoiled on breakfast. This was by far, the best breakfast I've had..it rivals my husband's cooking. The lobster Benedict was amazing. Highly recommend. Great staff too@

It wasn't crowded so we were able to pick our seating. Coffee arrived quickly, order took a little longer but was worth the wait. One waitress but she's a super waitress!! Happy Easter 🐣

Outstanding diner. Amazing breakfast. With tons of other options. Super sweet wait staff. Funny and friendly. The "Cheers" of Sanford/Springvale serving breakfast and lunch. The best fish chowder by far. I had a bowl and a bowl to go. Enough said. Highly recommend this mom and pop gem. I'm looking forward to returning again and again.

What a joke. Ordered a hash and cheese omelette with bacon and extra mushrooms. Took forever. Beans are super dry and flavorless. Omelette is so small looks like it barely has anything but cheese. What a waste of money.
