Little Caesars

Wow... Every time I order from here there is something obviously wrong with what the give. I need to stop ordering from this place. They don't care at all at this location. This pizza is hard, misshapen, has a weird blue color to part of the cheese, and the cheese is not even on it right. The cut is also horrible, which is something I'd normally deal with, but wow. I don't feel comfortable eating this.

Very rarely is anything "hot and ready", they told me it would be a 32 minute wait for 1 pepperoni pizza at 5 o clock on a Wednesday a couple of weeks ago. However, it is a hit or miss because they do have a good crew that is usually on top of their game, and friendly at that, but their below average crew is just awful, and rude. But, we continue to go there because it's convenient, on our way, and cheap for a family of 7 to eat.

I rated it 2 stars only because my adult cousin, who had asked for Little Caesars, said his pizza was "glorious" but the whole time I was there, they were arguing and slamming stuff on the counters in the back. Customer service would not even earn one star, from my experience. They were not very nice when handing us our orders. People had been waiting quite awhile for online orders, before I even got there and waited another good 15-20 minutes after I got there. I understand they were pretty busy but I feel like if they hadn't been arguing about who was closing, among other things, it may have made a difference. At one point, there was 7 of us in the small lobby and the drive thru was backed up to the road. The parking area was full, I'm assuming others who were also waiting on their orders. The only thing 2 of us ordered, inside was 1 pepperoni classic, each and waited well over 30 minutes. The wait wouldn't have been so bad if we didn't have to listen to drama, the whole time. The only reason I didn't leave and go to a different pizza place was because my cousin had been wanting Little Caesars for a couple of weeks, and I was finally in Springfield to get it for him.

Placed an order for delivery after an hour past the delivery time I had to go to the store myself and pick up the order which I paid a delivery fee on. Not only that if you are going to charge $1.10 for a sauce cup you could actually fill the sauce cup all the way!!! Can't believe I asked for another sauce after having to drive to pick up my own delivery order and they wanted to try charging me for another sauce. Need to just tear this place down and make it a parking lot.

I give one star to the one kind boy working the window the other boy tried telling me he was a manager when I went into the lobby at 7:30 and was told it was closed. I tried ordering online and they said they overlooked my order and pulled us forward for 15 minutes to wait and then the so called manager Ashley comes out of the bathroom with her stomach hanging out of her shirt and proceeds to tell me there is nothing they can do inside to help me and I need to go through the drive thru because they are getting ready to close. I would love to speak to the owner or a general manager.

I'd give zero stars if I could this is the WORST one I have ever seen! First the line was long so I went inside and stood for 5 mins all while people looked at only to be told I had to use the drive though lobby was closed so I go through the drive through at sat for 20 mins while they made the car in front of us their order then I get to the window and tell them I need 2 whatever hot and ready pizzas that you have she said they didn't have none although when I was standing in the lobby there was three in the heater so she straight-up lied to me because they definitely had not went out the window I seen everything that went out this is the worst place I've ever been to they need to fire every single one of them and rehire all new people I could get that place into shape in a heartbeat

Ordered our pizza & cheese bread and then was told it would be 10 mins to pull up, it was almost 30 minutes before they brought it out to us and didn't have my daughter's cheese bread, I happened to open the pizza it was horrible looking burnt. I ask is this the megapepperoni pizza he said yeah I said sweetie where is the pepperoni at there maybe 10 on the entire pizza he said they are under the cheese which was not true since you could see the crust where there wasnt anything on it and other places was black from the burnt. So I was very disappointed in my service and products.
