O'charley's

Let's just say this place is beyond nasty it's filthy, check the photos of the mold in the ceiling vents‼️ The service is very poor..I tipped, because the girl was new only there for two weeks. In none of this mess falls on her. I asked for a well done steak. I recieved a very pink steak (waiter informed me showed them). I recieved Cole slaw with some sort of meat in it! After asking was it pork or beef..I learned the slaw wasn't supposed to have meat! What the heck is it then? I tasted the slaw (yuck) !!!! Then I was told the young lady in the photo whom I have a video of name is Riley! She was standing on the line eating food from a plate, that appears to be a customers before bringing the order out!! She is very nasty! This is very disturbing!!!! Corporate will be getting involved! I'm going high up as I can here, because I don't know what the heck was in that slaw, and I DO NOT eat pork NOR seafood!!!!!!!! Josh the manager informed me he called the general manager (who was off) about what was going on. He did apologize, and agree that my service was horrible from the beginning and wished they would've gotten him involved. We sat at our table over 15 minutes, without being greeted. He did correct my steak! But who expects such horrible experience man what the heck ! I hate that I even paid for anything they didn't deserve a penny for this trifiline food. My husband steak was also , undercooked !

Saturday night, a little busy. Staff was friendly and attentive. Spinach and artichoke dip, not hot at all but still delicious. Ordered mango /raspberry tea, not good, way too sweet. Ordered their new pork chops with broccoli and asparagus. Veggies were perfectly seasoned and cooked, pork chops were coated with something and had a funny smell. Haven't been to this restaurant before but not impressed with the food.

Really wanted a good burger so i decided to try this place. The service was decent and and friendly. I was a little turned off hearing the bartender talk about they were out of soup because they couldn't get their soup base shipped in from somewhere overseas. And I'm just not a fan of the preprocessed frozen burger patty. Perhaps just not the place to go for burgers...

To Go order. Got the ribs and chicken party platter, rolls and a free appetizer. Cooked some fries at home to round out the meal for 5 people. Food was fantastic. Service was on time. The only issue was one of the big (1 cup?) ranch dressing cups tipped over and opened in the bag. We had paper towels out for the ribs anyway so cleanup was messy but easy.

Five tables were seated when we were seated. All had their food, or were finished eating and waiting for their check. We ordered the O'Charley's Famous Chicken tenders with fries and the Bacon Cheddar burger. It took over 20 minutes to get our meals. The plates were very hot from where they sat under the heating element to keep the food hot until it was carried to the table. The plate was hotter than the food. The tenders were stringy and tough. We ordered BBQ sauce, but honey mustard. We asked for the BBQ sauce. It took 11 minutes for the waiter to bring it. He was in the other dining area on the phone. That is also what he was doing when I got up to check on our order after 20 minutes of waiting.

I have been working in town for the last week, my first experience was 5 stars; I then went back for a total of 3 dinners. Every visit I was greeted by a kind host, served by wonderful waitresses/waitor. The food was perfect, steak medium as ordered perfect everytime. I will definitely be returning the next time I'm in the area.
