I ordered a stuffed crust pizza half cheese half pepperoni. The order was right and ready in the 10/20 min they said but when I picked it up, we ate it about 10 min after I got it (so it should have been at least warm, definitely since it's hot out and in my car without the air on)
The pizza tasted like cinnamon sticks in areas (nasty) and it tasted like it was cooked and sat for at least an hour.
Not worth the $15.99 I spent on it

I ordered online. Selected delivery updates via text, and waited. At 5:04 pm I got a text that my order was on the way. Fast forward to 6:10, and I finally got my pizza. But it was cold. I called, the man I spoke with was very nice. Offered credit or replacement. I still needed to feed my family, so we got a replacement. An hour later, new order arrives. The driver was having a rough day, but whatever. Got the pizza inside. Brunt! And guess what, COLD AGAIN! And my garlic bread was just cinnamon bread with a ton of garlic on top! I live 3 - 5 blocks away. Why is it cold? And why is it okay to serve burnt pizza so hard that it could break a tooth!? Never again will I ever order from there.

Need I say more??? Horrible! The guy that delivered never said a word and the girl that answered when I called was not very nice and didnt even offer an apology! 12-21-18 approximate order time was 5pm.

They are friendly and the food is good and the delivery was fast. The only reason for 2 stars is because this is the first place I've ever seen or heard of that put chicken and green peppers on Hawaiian pizza

Pizza hut was the best around and I love it when I could go in and eat but now my age and health keeps me home, your crust is the best in town. Sometimes things go wrong but pizza hut will make it right. So why would I not tell friends to go. They are the best.

It was a busy night for you guys and it was going to be about hour an a half wait for delivery. My pizza came earlier than I expected and it was perfect.
