This is a very poor example of Tim hortons, moved back to Springfield Ohio, from Elida Ohio and always went to the location close to elida and loved it. This location in Springfield on east main st is only concerned with the speed of the drive through line, my plain latte is never full, it's often made wrong, you have to ask for a sleeve on your cup and I always have to pull around and wait for them to bring it out. Today was my last visit got my latte drove to work the lid had grease or oil all over it, it was at least two inches from being full and they forgot the espresso.

If i could rate this location a zero i would. Literally every donut we asked for they didn't have. No muffins whatsoever, no timbits other then pumpkin spice, no donuts at all. Literally what do you have? What a shame....I would never go to this location again. On top of that the employee at the drive thru was rude.

Awesome experience every time I've went through the drive thru! I rarely have to wait, and if so its not nearly as long as most of places. Even half an hour before close, the donuts are good😁

Tim Hortons on east main Street in Springfield ohio ( has the worst service of any of the 3 Tim Hortons in Springfield the morning crew act like they don't know what their doing an most of the Women that work the drive thru window are very " Rude " I would not advise anyone go there in the morning
