I have never had an experience like this experience to Taco Bell. There was a lady named Kim that was extremely helpful I mess my order up completely and she save the day. I think every Taco Bell deserves a Kim. She’s an inspiration to every Taco Bell she sets the golden standard for customer service and rises to five star service. I will never go to another Taco Bell besides the one on Upper Valley Pike if it all possible.
I would go to another Taco Bell if Kim was transferred and promoted district manager

For the second time the meat didn't seem to be very well seasoned. If it happens again I doubt if I'll ever purchase anything there again. Prior to those 2 occasions it was always a decent place to eat. What happened? New management, people don't care, what?

People in the lobby and employees standing around inside but a employee ran out the door saying "lobby is closed till tomorrow " OPEN YOUR STORES! Never had an order correct in this drive thru.

Customer service was awesome.
Young lady working the drive-thru should be commended for customer service. By far the best customer service I have had in the past year anywhere.
