There was a wait due to low staff but the staff members that were there were fantastic. The Big Boy was just as good as I remember from living in Ohio years ago. My husband tried the Bad Boy which had a spicy tartar sauce which was amazing! We will definitely be buying a jar before we leave.

Had the best experience at Frisch's Big Boy on East Main in Springfield OH. The lovely women in drive thru, Kelsey was amazing! Such a bright, sweet soul. Had a smile the whole time her and I was talking. She made sure my food was fresh and I didn't have to wait forever in the line. Greatly appreciate the service from Kelsey today!!!

I just can't believe people flock to the fast food places when you can get a much better meal here for what you pay at a drive through. Frisch's always has good food and service here. Very nice and good service here.

Came in with my daughter this past weekend & was SO pleased with not only the food but the excellent service! We were seated very quickly, and greeted by our amazing server Rhaivyn! It was my daughters first time at Frischs & our server made sure she felt all the vibes! Appreciate the great service so very much! We’ll be back soon, save us a seat in Rhaivyn’s section please! :)

I love coming here! Anytime I pop in, I always request to have Rhaivyn! She has the hospitality skills and charisma that makes Frisch’s truly feel like hometown cooking. As a vegetarian—or practicing at least—I always go for the Impossible Big Boy. It is always grilled to PERFECTION.
Thanks again to Rhaivyn (spelling?), the leadership team, and the kitchen for truly making this restaurant the home of burgers, breakfast, and Big Boy!

Raven was my sever and she was wonderful very respectful and helpful she checked on me often to make sure everything was great and if I needed anything this was the best Service I ever had especially for me coming in from Columbus she definitely is the best thing at your restaurant I will be stopping here every time I’m in town
