Hot Head Burrito

Got lunch to go today from this restaurant. The store was very clean looking inside and the staff was friendly and engaging during the ordering process. I got the little burrito bowl. I thought I got a sizable portion for the cost. I ordered the chicken with brown rice, grilled vegetables, pico, cilantro, and a little cheese. The veggies tasted fresh. The chicken had a good spice blend. Overall the taste of all the ingredients were spot on with no disappointment. I will be back.

Most of the staff wasn't prepared to serve customers. A simple question such as "can you please read the order back?", left them speechless. Requested double meat and was reassured it was in there. Got home and it was not. I love some Hot Heads, but tonight I think they changed the name to Pot Heads.

Great location. This building used to be a Kentucky Fried Chicken. The employees were really nice and helpful. I tried to used a coupon and the cashier let me know that Sundays already had that deal, so I got to keep my coupon. Don't forget to get a Hot Head card if you don't already have one. Things add up. I have a free entree already waiting for me whenever I'm ready. You can keep track of your rewards by checking out your receipt or going online. The crew did a great job on our food. The restaurant was nice and clean. They also have masks for anyone who might have forgotten theirs (please don't forget your masks wherever you go, people). Came in today for some lunch first time ever here and the service was amazing and the young guy behind the counter I think his name is Cody super friendly and the food was phenomenal thank you for such a wonderful experience this guy needs a raise because I'm super picky with my food again thank you guys

I tried to order online to ensure quality but online site was down for this location. So my wife ordered at the drive through window. She got home and they totally messed the order up. For some very strange reason they placed a burrito 🌯 in my wife's bowl. My wife just got off working a 12 hour shift at the hospital and she said she'll never return. I want all small business to win and be successful but as associates at restaurants we need to take pride in what we do. She asked for double meat and she said it was double everything but the chicken. Just a embarrassing moment for a potentially great burrito place for North Springfield. We don't even live around there. It's just a place on the way Home. We live another 20 minutes north of this location. But anyway! Let the team working tonight know they dropped the ball. 0 stars. This place is a joke. Placed an online order and they tell me that they have no record of my order. I showed them the receipt/confirmation order and still think I'm trying to scam them. Don't waste your time here, go to chipotle where they have IQ high enough to understand how to go orders work. GREAT EXPERIENCE
