This should be the #1 Mexican restaurant in Springfield! We stopped by on a whim. The food is excellent! I would say it's definitely well above what you expect from a restaurant with these prices. I had the shrimp/scallop plate and it was cooked to perfection! The shrimp queso my sister had was "the best I've ever had", according to her. The jumbo 40 ounce margarita is only $10.99 and there is no short of flavor or tequila! The staff was amazing and the decor is perfect! We will definitely be making this a regular stop.

First time here and it was pretty good. Staff was super friendly and had good humor. While the prices were fair, the food was plenty. Hoping to come here when I'm not pregnant to check out the cool bar scene

Visited on 2/20/22, come in from out of town for a family birthday. Had a great experience from the moment we entered. Every employee was happy and friendly. Food was excellent and just as ordered. Our server was funny & joked around with us. He didn't seem to mind that we sat & talked with family for a while. We will definitely be back on our next trip over.

Tonight was my first time trying it and I couldn’t get over how good the food was… Our sever Juan was absolutely wonderful and stayed on top of everything! I must say the environment was pretty awesome as well.. I will definitely be coming back!! 10/10

Best Mexican restaurant in town that we've found! Being from Texas we knew we had to find a good Mexican food place and Speedys does not disappoint! Everything we've had there has been so good! The staff is great and makes sure you have everything you need.
