Chipotle Mexican Grill

Service today absolutely sucked!! Stood in line for at least 5 minutes. Along with other customers behind me there was one server working the front line taking orders, the cashier kept disappearing into the back, no help for her at all. Shortly after she finished with the gentleman in front of me she came back and said no cards only cash. After she told us she’d be right back to take my order. It’d have been considerate if she’d have took the initiative to let me know a little sooner. Don’t take your moms there today must be having just an off day.

Only one person could be bothered to help customers while other employees were talking amongst themselves and laughing. By the time we finally got to order after being the next people in line for at least 10 minutes we were told that they were only taking cash. Thanks for letting us and others behind us in line waste our time while you are having fun with all your friends.

Three people at my work order food. One girl went and picked it up. They gave her someone else order that had the same first name but different last name. I have tried to get ahold of them but they won’t let you talk to anyone. The automated Service keeps telling me they don’t understand what I need but won’t let me talk to a manager. Keeps telling me that the staff is too busy to take phone calls. Now I’m sick eating someone else’s order because I cannot leave work to exchange it. How can you run a business and not have a way for people to call the restaurant

There is ALWAYS something wrong with this location. They are always out of something and the guac is always brown and unappetizing so I never get to order it. The staff is usually rude or just too care free and DON’T BOTHER ORDERING AHEAD ON THE APP. The food is only ready on time or close to on time 2 out of 10 times. I have literally had to wait an HOUR for online pickups on more than one occasion. They didn’t used to be this bad. I never have these issues at any other chipotle.

What a disappointment this location has become. No black beans, no guac, & no coins at the register? They haven't had guac consistently.....today I asked the cashier if guac was not available indefinitely or something. She looked at me like I was stupid and said "no....we just didn't make it today". How do you "just not" make something that's on the menu? The line for pick-up orders was ridiculous......8 people waiting and NO ORDERS waiting on the shelves.

This is seriously the worst experience I’ve ever had I’ve tried time and time again to give this chipotle more chances. They’ve probably screwed up my last 5 meals, mine and my husbands, no cheese at all, no fajita veggies added at all, barely even one bite of meat, no lettuce, no queso. The other order from there was completely the wrong order, with only rice and chicken, other times have been missing cheese and fajitas and meat. I’m extremely disappointed in the staff at this location. Buyer beware, DO NOT ORDER ONLINE
