The Lobby was closed so I realize they were short staffed probably and that can be stressful, however they put ranch sauce on my sandwich after they guaranteed there wasn't any in the ingredients, and when they gave us our drinks the small drink lid did not fit and my grandmother spilled it all over herself, they kindly gave us napkins and when we said the lid didn't fit we were dismissed. Granted my grandmother was upset and maybe didn't speak with the most kindness but not even an apology. I also work these kinda jobs and while I understand both sides there should have been more, at least, care taken with our order.

I had ordered egg rolls in my order, but they told me they were out. It would have been nice to know this before hand because I paid for these online. No way to get a refund. (They're egg rolls are very good!)

My wife brought me a chicken and rice bowl from here, it was absolutely disgusting. The broccoli tasted old and rubbery, as well as the chicken. Shame on you for serving that grossness.

The guy at the window was very nice or gloves as I was watching in the window a long-haired guy with no gloves reached into someone’s bag grabbed part of their food stuck it in his mouth ate it and laughed tried to call to complain no one answered!

Never puts a receipt in our bag. It would be nice to do the online survey. Bun was stone cold too. Unfortunately, our other two locations closed, so this is the only one to hit up in an emergency.

There was a little old lady on an electric chair for transportation and she was in the Drive-Thru in front of me and my dad and my brother, and she wanted to get chicken and gravy in the Drive-Thru she had almost forgot to order because she was staring at the sun because it was such a beautiful day, but they thought she was so cute and they loved it and we did too. They don't do that just anywhere, this place is getting five stars from me. 🙏

I love that this is one of the last drive thru restaurants that I can get a pre-made salad! Its become more challenging ro find healthy options at local fast food restaurants. I am often in a rush and on the fo and don't have time to wait at other places. Thank you for keeping salads on your menu!
