What can you say about lots of flavors of ice cream to choose from and decent prices? Even better if you happen to have a gift card! Not much to get wrong on this deal. Only thing I can think of is the parking isn't the greatest, but its just a little store, and so does the job.
It's not gourmet ice cream, and doesn't pretend to be. We love it. Great non-dairy choices and a family favorite. The service is always friendly and fast. Never had a bad visit.
My daughter, the frozen dessert expert says, "my mom is right. Their ice cream is really good the only thing is that they they mix up all of the flavors so it's really hard to get the same flavor that you've been used to. the best nondairy I would say is the rainbow sherbert and the watermelon is also really good. it actually has for the seeds little chocolate dips and I personally think that it's really good some people may not but it's also my opinion. it is right down by Albertsons so if you ever do give it a shot good luck."
31 flavors of greatness. It was cold and sweet to the tongue. If that is something you enjoy, then I highly recommend you try at least 2 of the 30 some odd flavors. Downside: I had hoped for a hottie to serve the creamy goodness. That was not an option at this location. In fact I didn't see a single one in sight. It may have been snowing that day?
This is the location I will visit from now on. It was the only one I knew about until I discovered there was one on Division in Eugene, which is closer to where I live. But what I also discovered was that the customer service at the Division location pales in comparison to the Mohawk location, at least since the newest owner came along.
My visits to this location have always been good, and the staff have been kind and courteous, but one thing that makes this place outstanding is that when I purchased some ice-cream that was full of ice crystals (because of a faulty freezer) the new owner asked me to come back for a replacement. I was very happy with that because the icy ice-cream was not very good, and I had bought two quarts of it. When I returned the ice-cream she gave me two new ones and she refunded my money. That was going way above and beyond what I expected. Five-star service!
For ice cream parlors, their product is good (I tried the raspberry sorbet, I believe), but it is expensive. Best for an occasional treat. There are other places for ice cream that I would go first, like Dairy Queen.
We love to go get waffle cones each Baskin Robbins day. Always recommended in my book. Plus, they have non ice cream options.
Love the employees at the Mohawk ice cream shop. They are so good at their job and make me and my family feel so welcome. They know what I like when I come in and always smiling . thanks for ur AWSOME customer service much appriciated
