I stopped in after work to grab Gold digger chicken sandwich. Drive through was busy during rush hour. I get up to the window with them not even having my order in the cue. So they politely got my order and I left after paying. The kicker is that it was a burger instead. So that wasn't great checking the order.
Anyway... The burger was good and I wasn't going to go back just to wait in line again. So check out your order before you leave.

Fast service and friendly staff makes stopping for food when you're running late for meals east. Can find something for everyone. My husband loves their beyond burgers and I like the chicken sandwiches. The kids enjoy the kids meals. Very clean as well.

Good food hot fries, pleasant staff. Only problem was order set up. Blending 2 sites into 1 lane to pickup. Creates a huge bottleneck. Some folks not so nice. Hard to get into 1 lane, especially at lunch time when we were there.

Absolutely wonderful fast food 😋 I love Carl's JR and their sister company Hardy's! The have such good food and large portions. Their biscuits are the best and are better than any restaurants!

Order was correct and food was good. But the cashier (or manager, I'm not familiar with Carls uniforms) was rude the whole time taking my order and cashing out. Her name was Krystal. They need to get it together with the customer service. I work as a General Manager in fast food, so I get it. But no need to take it out on guests.

The food was disgusting, the burger patties were overcooked, the fries and onion rings tasted decent, and the chicken tenders were burnt. But, the only thing good about this place is the soft drinks and chocolate milk.

Just another fast food place serving non edible beef and chicken and maybe farmed fish. Garbage food for garbage salt, fat, and carb, instant gratification food addicts. If you care about your health and the health of animals and the planet, stay away!

Fast service on the drive through. I was in and out in approximately 5-7 minutes. The employee was prompt and courteous of making sure that I have the right order snd expectations.
