The food was ok. Burger patty undercooked and I could taste the burnt grease from the grill. Way too expensive,$$ Probably won't go back. They have curbside pickup But if you love this place go for doordash. When I pulled up the parking lot had trash all over it with a trash can out front and a sign saying not for trash! The burgers are epic. My favorite is a bacon cheeseburger with all the ways! (Everything on it). Their (small) order of fries is most other places large order. They always have a chalk board noting where the potatoes for the fries are from. Order ahead for burger, but they make the fries after you get there. 4 minutes.

Hands down this is our family's FAVORITE burger place. The meat is fresh never frozen. Our fries made with potatoes from Rexburg, ID today & were thick cut, crispy on the outside, tender on the inside with the perfect amount of salt. I love the additional toppings available for your burger like grilled peppers, onions, or mushrooms, steak sauce, jalapenos, etc. that make for flavorful options. The kids loved being able to make a fan card to hand on the wall after a delicious meal. This location was clean, well maintained, right of I-5 and easy to access. Friendly staff who got our order correct. I would highly reccomend this place when you are in the area.

Don’t order online because it just takes longer, went in to pick-up and someone ordering 5 minutes after I arrived received their food before me who ordered online 25 minutes ago. Delicious food but just know you’ll be pushed back regardless of estimated time given for online orders.
Still love your burgers but I’ll just be ordering physically inside instead of online.

Just love the french fries. I'm from Wisconsin and found them out here while working out of town and still simply delicious. BTW burgers are great too but I come strictly for the fries;

What's going on here?!. This is the exception to every Five Guys rule.<br/><br/>In fact, I'm pretty sure 3 of the 5 called in sick because this has got to be the slowest Five Guys on the planet.<br/><br/>Sad. It's a good franchise. This location is just poorly executed.

This was my second visit. While the burger was good, once again the fries were soggy and tasteless. Even after ordering them fried crisp. I'm back to Dickey Joes on my visits to Eugene.

Burgers r great! Fries r great, & u get a lot of them too! Luv all the toppings, the only problem I have is the bun! It gets waaay too soggy & falls apart! Other then that, EXCELLENT!

In N Out it ain't. Big hype, not that great. PRICE was high for what you get. Yes, the peanuts are messy. Service is counter and then find a seat (if you can). Parking lot is small. Service was strictly order and "next". Didn't find anything remarkable in any way. Very disappointing considering all the hype. I LOVE In n Out and it is in NO DANGER from this place.

First off I went there on a date, we ordered a Bacon Burger and a cheeseburger. The cheeseburger had two patties and the Bacon Burger had none, and there were peanut shells all over the floor and French fries!

Good way overhyped and way overpriced. A burger, fries and drink at a fast food joint should not be $10. There are enough hole in the wall joints and bars with delicious burgers for that price. Five Guys burgers are good just not that good. I do like their Cajun fries though. Just not sure that I need a full sack of them.

Yum!. Huge delicious burger. Fresh pickles, ripe tomatoes, house-made fries... I was very impressed and want to go back soon! Told the guy taking orders that it was my first time, and he looked very happy and got excited about the menu, giving me tips and suggestions for how to order, and explaining the fry sizes. Very friendly staff.

No offense to the POTUS, but he needs to reevaluate his fast-food priorities . With all the hype over the illustrious Five Guys finally opening in Lane County, we waited a week before venturing to the fabled eatery. Having arrived a week ago to a startling line, we returned today to short queues and full tables. We marveled at the straightforward menu and startling caloric information before an employee took our order. As new customers, she explained that regular burgers had two patties, little burgers had one, and a regular order of fries usually serves two. We were grateful for the advice and settled on a little cheeseburger with pickles, grilled mushrooms, grilled onions and mushroom and regular order of fries. Ironically enough, we were given No. 41 and I scouted out tables while Anthony waited for our order. Even though there wasn't much of a line, it took a three or four minutes to find a clean table, and another minute to get to it. The tables were crammed together in clusters,

Awesome Burgers. Great burgers with lots of choices of free toppings. Good amount of food for the money. A definite step-up from average fast food burgers and fries. There is lots of hype about the store opening in town. Similar to In & Out in many ways, but also quite different. Worth trying out for sure. Welcome to town 5 Guys, a great addition to the food scene.
