I celebrated my birthday and had RSVP months in advance. The day of the event there was only one waiter for the whole restaurant. Everyone's food was cold. There was 26 people in my party. The owner/manager was very rude and didn't assist the waiter. The waiter was amazing very courteous and did a good job. The food was cold and we waited for ever for our drinks and silverware. They did not plan accordingly and the manager was very rude and unprofessional. Went back yesterday the service was awful once again. Food portions were 1/2 of what we use to get. The place was dingy the manager I felt was rushing to get us out of there. They added the tip to my bill which was over 15% for a party of 3. I didn't want to pay more than what I have to because the food was not cooked well and had no flavor. The chicken was under cooked and my daughter couldn't even eat it. The veggies was mainly onions. Really poor service. This was our favorite Hibachi place in Springfield. Unfortunately, we will not be going back.

Love the food, hate the seating. We were there by ourselves at a hibachi. We ordered, waited 25 minutes, then another family sat at our hibachi, so we had to wait for them to order before they came out and cooked all of ours. Waiting an hour to see the food prepared is a little crazy. We were the ONLY ones in the restaurant for 35 minutes

The food was great and the hibachi chef was very good, but the service was terrible. They never paid any attention to give any drink or water refills, and we has to wait 25 minutes for our check. I went up to the front to pay because when we got there we saw people who'd been waiting 10-15 minutes to pay after we got there, who knows how long they had already been waiting since their plates had been cleared and the table wiped.
