3 times now I’ve done a mobile walk in order through the app and the inside is closed. I time things perfectly so I can walk in grab my breakfast and get to work on time. Instead there are 15 cars in the drive-thru and I’m unable to get a refund through the app. Now I get to start my day on a long hold to try and get a refund and I get to start my day off without breakfast. This DD is a joke. At least find a way to disable walk-in orders if you’re going to outright lock the door. There are also multiple staff inside staring as you try to walk in without any explanation. Terrible customer service.

I went there, it was about 8:31:06 a.m. approximately. I ordered a medium dark roast , 3 sugars, 1 shot of espresso, 1 shot of coconut, 1 shot of vanilla, 2 ice, 5 pumps of mocha, 6 pumps of caramel, 1/2 cream, skim milk, almond milk, milk, half and half, and 2 sugars.
I couldn't have been more basic with my order. I can't believe they didn't add my 1/2 cream. I brought my order back and simply ask that she remake the whole order Infront of me and apologize. But the manger made a whole scandal out of it.
I ofcourse respectfully threw my drink out and sat down criss-cross applesauce on the floor and waited patiently for them to correct their wrongs. I cannot make this up, they called the cops on me! All I wanted was a simple latte.
Safe to say, I will stay getting my two sugar black coffee from McDonalds.

Teenagers are so rude last time I was there they were judging my order and making fun of it and today I walk in and they’re talking about how there’s no more bagels left and they keep swearing and saying they’re all gonna be gone because of all the “fat bitches” SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! RIDICULOUS!

Not only constantly lousy service they never answer their phone and they're never open in time here it is Monday 5:51 I'm at the door no one's opening the door you look online it clearly states they open at 5:00 a.m. and it says they're open now sounds like a bunch of false advertisement

They make ok coffee however when you do order a latte iced coffee you never taste the espresso in it you have to ask for an extra shot which they charge you for they make it so milky tasting like a milk shake. And they don’t always wear their masks, it’s always covering their chin but not their mouths or nose.
