One of the best restaurants I've been to in a while. Such a small place packed with big flavors. I'll let the food speak for itself👍🏽🔥. Service is outstanding and very home like feel. My first time eating here and I felt like I was family. Well worth the wait since it's always busy. Will definitely be back one day.

Went here for lunch and was not disappointed. Had the amazing meatloaf sandwich. It had just the right amount of spices to not be to hot or mild, for me it was perfect. There was plenty of food to eat for the price, looking forward to going back here to try out some more offerings.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Service was very quick my party was in and out in about 30-35 minutes, so if you do not have too much time this would be a good fit. Parking is a bit limited on the street, but there is a new garage one street over from here.

Amazing food! Such great flavor. The staff was very friendly. Hats off to the Chef! Also my son had left his wallet on the table, we didn't realize it until the next morning. We called and they had put it in the safe for us. Great service!!

Absolutely loved my experience here. Nice cozy place. The staff were great and get along well with everyone. Chef Wayne (very friendly guy) even came around to chat a few times during the meal. Went during Sunday brunch and ordered just the Chicken and Waffles, which was extremely filling and satisfying. Delicious food with great company.

This must be a local landmark as one of the waitress worked there for 20 years since the beginning. And I overheard some out towners mentioned their local family members recommended this place to them. Overall good flavor and good portion. Similar to what I got in NOLA a couple of month ago. BYOA. The place is little small, it was packed for dinner and there were families waiting on the side walk.

Best food that I have had in a long while. Amazing food, good atmosphere for the restaurant too. The palette was a lot larger than expected, so I had to take some to go. The service was nice too. I happened to loose my wallet, I called, and they said they had put it in their safe. Thanks for everything!

Really a great stop for food. Inexpensive for the quality of food you're getting. As expected from a Cajun restaurant, the food has some spice too it, so a warning to those that are not fans of spicy food. But if you like that, the food comes out hot (both spicy and freshly cooked) and delicious.
