I understand that a grand majority of the population prefers sugar down lemonade i however am not one of those people i kindly asked david wood to remake fries and a blueberry lemonade as the fries were cold and the lemonade had about 4x too much concentrate. He remade the fries but said he cant do anything about the lemonade no remake and no refund im sure they gave me a fake number otherwise i wouldnt have bothered leaving a review for this place

What ever lazy workers that are working right now. Seems to be a boyfriend and girlfriend . Told the customer right in front of us they closed at 8pm , it was 744pm . Went up just to buy a drink. They stated we are closed now. Tried to tell them it was just a drink. They wouldnt listen . They went to the back while i was waiting on a family member, you could see the two workers in back making out. What kind of place are these managers running here??? Business will fail with workers like that.

They serve a pretty solid sandwich, with fresh ingredients! They were a little pricey, but they are new there so what else do you expect? It is definite a good eat though. And they have signature fries of different types for just about anyone. I got the cheese/ranch fries. They were excellent.

Was really hoping to enjoy this experience. Waited in line for 17 minutes only to get fries that were undercooked. 2 orders both inedible. One young girl, working on flat top grill, cut her finger and announced she was bleeding for all in line to hear. She never took care of it or changed her plastic glove while continuing to make the steak sandwiches. She also wore nothing on her head while cooking and she was dancing around and the air was blowing her hair around the food. Not sure why she was not wearing a hat like her fellow employee but it was a bit concerning. Overall, undercooked food, wasted time and money, and questionable safety measures.

I ate there today. I love this place. Always friendly customer service. The person who took my order was fast and friendly. I asked the Manager for extra veggies while he was cooking my sandwich, and did not charge me extra for it. Definitely, it is the best option when we go to the mall.

Never open when they're supposed to be. Employees look mad always. Food is subpar processed junk. Tastes like how dog food smells. Over priced.

I used to love this place. I have been a Customer for at least 8 years. My last two visits were bad. I am not sure what happened but quality went down a lot. I guess is time to try another sandwich place.
