Reviews of Burger King

Went to BurgerKing on Veterans on Friday 4-1-22 around 6pm. Was in drive thru for 45min. There was maybe 5 cars ahead of me. I finally made my way to the window. The young lady with long dark hair hands me my frozen coke as this is what I ordered. I took a drink and it tasted like pure syrup. I then politely told her and she just stared at me. She then closed the window and proceeded to talk bad about me to another employee, I guess she thought the window was closed. So you would think after waiting 45 minutes for food that it would be fresh and hot. Nope, fries were so cols they were chewy. My Whopper was disgusting, slimey tomatoes, brown lettuce and the burger itself tasted dirty. And to top it off the young lady at the window made no offer to even give me another sift drink, basically pushed my food to and shut the window. I then looked at her and said thank you. Very rude person and the food was horrible . My son who is 18 and basically eats anything said the same of his Whopper that it tasted old.

Waited in line for more then 25 minutes before even ordering , remind you there were not many customers ahead of us either. Horrible costumer service. They also messed up our food and when we called and nicely told them we were missing stuff they hung up on us , and never brought the right stuff out either. Don’t recommend.

Reviewing fast food might seem pointless. The experience mainly depends on who is working; cook isn't high & cashier isn't on their phone. We had to wait about 20 minutes in drive thru because they were really short staffed. I know this is a current problem everywhere so it wasn't a surprise. What I want to point out is that my order tasted great, like it always does, and the young lady at the window was cheerful and professional. I guess I'm old school enough that I'll be a loyal customer with that kind of service and quality even if it's not "fast" food.
