We went there after my Dr. Appointment's in Springfield IL. Through the drive thru they were busy and the food was good but the lettuce on the sandwiches not it was bad lettuce 🥬. The lettuce needed to be thrown away. If it wasn't for that it would of been great. I don't know why they don't make their employees make sure it's fresh and good not bad lettuce 🥬 or produce that is wilted brown yellow or yucky 🤢. Taste bad and makes you feel sick at your stomach.

Something changed here lately and now everything is hot and fresh all the time. My burger was right off the grill, my fries were nice and hot, and the soda was great, not a half water, half soda that you didnt order like all the other fast food place next door. Great job, BK 💪
