The food is normally very good. This time, we couldn't get through the online ordering process. The custom tip window was nearly unusable as it kept kicking me out before completing. There was only a cash option to pay so we couldn't complete the order.
The time before was fine with the website, but we had to cancel after waiting nearly 2 hours with no food and they seemed confused when we called in to cancel.

Not as good as it used to be. I order beef and broccoli and they only give me like 2 pieces of beef and the rest is all broccoli. Egg rolls 🔥 tho!

We checked out the menu online and called in the order. Apparently the numbers that identify your selection differ online from their menu. I called to let them know and some very nice fellow made right everything that was wrong and even brought it to my work! That is great customer service! Not to mention their food hits the spot:) Hopefully they fix the discrepancy between online and their menu soon.

Never had some rice this mushy and gooey, Basically just mush not even rice. And chicken has feathers. For the price they can do way better.
