Wow what a great place! We went there today for lunch. Their ranch dressing is amazing and salad was SO good. Their sandwiches and soups are also! All the staff was very kind. We went as a large group and I felt they enjoyed having us there and were so welcoming. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Looking forward to the next time we get to visit!!!
Came here for a quick lunch during my first time in Springfield. The turkey hero was great and the staff were polite and kind! 😄
Who knew that a twenty foot wide store front across from the Old State Capital and within walking distance from all important state offices, would have the depth to support a lunch time menu. But the line along the west wall and few, few empty wooden chairs tell the story. There still is a wait for so plan accordingly and when delivered to the table, you know why this is the cross road of tourist, visitor and government staff.
Was good. But miss the little things like apickle and orange slice. Miss not having potatoes soup. Staff very friendly.
