Pizza Hut

This business is absolutely horrible. Their telephone line is bad making it impossible to understand the person answering the phone. You press any option on their phone menu and it just repeats the same questions. So it's almost impossible to get an actual person on the phone and when you do you cannot make out a word being said. I've tried calling from several different phones and their line is just bad. You would think the way around this is to order on line but the order only debits your bank account but does not reach the store. They claim to have no record of the order and because of their bad phone lines you are forced to go in there to resolve the matter of your pizza never being delivered. Its at that time your order is started. If you want a refund you are told it will take 3 to 5 business days to return to your card. The customer service is atrocious. I would never recommend this business to anyone.

They can never get me to the correct store that will deliver to they will take my order then say "oh we don't deliver to you but we'll transfer you" then on hold for 10+ minutes and THIS IS AT EVERY PIZZA HUT!!!! I'm leaving a review for every Pizza Hut, don't waste your time ordering from them! Oh and this one is so rude and acts like im supposed to know every street in Springfield

Decided to try pizza hut for a change. I was really looking forward to a stuffed crust pizza. It came out dry and extremely thin. It was only 1/8". Not to mention when I opened the store's door and I sincerely said hello, the cashier walked over and kicked over a trash can in front of me to make room for the register. The trash can had wheels. He chose to kick it over. Will truly never return to any location. He then told me to place my carryout orders earlier because they get robbed too often. I would have happily done so if the person who took my order on the phone even mentioned such a ridiculous rule
