Placed a mobile pickup order today 12/9/21.
Got home to discover my order was completely wrong. No salsa. No cheese. No sour cream. No veggies. But I did get lettuce which I didn’t order. Not only is it not what I ordered but look at this serving size.. tiny even though I ordered extra on the rice. Safe to say I’m done wasting money here. Stay far away from this Chipotle, it needs help.

I went to this place today for the first time. I'm telling you, somebody is going to get put in ICU for eating there!🤮 The front door had hand and finger prints all over it, ALL of the tables had smudges on them from being wiped with something that was already dirty! Food on the floor, trash can over flowing, the pans that food was served from had dry, nasty looking food in them and some pans were empty and dirty and needed to be replaced. The grill looked as if it had NEVER seen oven cleaner. It was blacker than black. I didn't over anything to eat! If you ever want to off somebody, take them there to eat!

Slow. They had no clue how to use the rewards. Had to pay for what should have been free chips w/ guac. My kids orange looked bad. Food tasted good.

Got a BOGO offer because my first order was a bowl that was only half full. So I cash in that offer and get a bowl for my wife and a burrito for myself. My burrito completely fell apart as soon as I opened the foil. Then, my wife’s bowl had a hair that was embedded in a piece of chicken and a bug that was just hanging out in the sour cream.

Did not have a good experience at this Chipotle. There was a piece of plastic glove in our food.
We love Chipotle but this ruined our experience. Chipotle's customer service has also degraded recently.

This chipotle used to be good….if the portions you gave are what you consider “extra” I can’t imagine regular because there is barely anything in these bowls. Proteins were really overseasoned. I think I’ll skip this location from now on. Pinto beans didn’t have much flavor either. Almost looks like someone tipped it on its side, but that is just how much they barely put in it.

The staff has little to no standards. It wasn't crowded, but they look like they just went through a rush when I was there to order. Their work area was just covered in ingredients. Instead of cleaning up, they were just sliding our food right through it.They had the driest little bits of chicken and tried to put it on my burrito. Just overall pretty upset that they couldn't clean up and make their work area reflect how much they care.

For a small Chipolte, they sure know how to make their customers happy. I cannot eats onions so they opened up a seperate bag of tomatoes just so I could have some. I very much appreciate the employees going above and beyond to meet the demands of their customers. All the food was amazing. Thanks
