Jimmy John's

The store is the cleanest i’ve seen of all the sandwich shops in Springfield. The customer service is amazing the staff is always friendly we always end up having a good conversation they never mess up my food and I absolutely love this place it’s about the one place left in Springfield that gets my food to me in a timely manner and has amazing customer service and consistently makes amazing food. It’s also the one food that I can eat while pregnant that doesn’t irritate my stomach to the point of feeling nauseous so that is an extreme plus. I’ve worked at just about every sandwich shop in Springfield this will continue to be my favorite.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO LONGER "FREAKY FAST!!" After waiting for an hour I called to ask about my order, the phone was answered by a rude a$$ employee who said I should just cancel my order and hung up on me. After calling back and talking with Michael who said he was the manager. He apologized for the way I was talked to and my wait. Promised to send my order anyway and refund my purchase... Here we are 2hrs later!!! And still have yet to receive my order!!!

Have never experienced Jimmy johns and I can say My family and I will never go back! We ordered three subs and told the employee exactly what we wanted on them we got our subs and none of them were correct we asked for them to be remade. The manger came up and said well everything comes on our subs I said we told him exactly what we wanted on them nothing else. Then manger yelled and was very rude.

Service at this location is TERRIBLY slow.. During my last three or four visits in a row, I had to wait more than 15 minutes in the drive thru line - which I find quite unacceptable. I will likely not return to this location . The food from this location (when I do get food there, and don't leave the drive thru line because of the excessive wait) has been on par with other Jimmy Johns locations.
