This place changed its hours to open an hour later at 6:30 and still can’t open on time. This has happened on multiple occasions and today after waiting again the lady was RUDE when I called to ask if they were open. Hey, it’s not my fault you guys can’t open on time. Save yourself the inconvenience and go to the location on Independence. They are open when they say they are open and friendly too! These people need to open at noon so maybe they can be efficient and accurate. Below are the fries I got tonight on 11/14 @ 8 pm half filled . I’m done with this place

You want more money to cook food, but you can't cook the food you have correctly.

I ordered 2 kids meals. One 4pc. One burger. After waiting at the window for 15 minutes before anyone even showed up The fries each had probably 3-5 fries in them. The chicken nuggets were at least 3-4 hours old and when I called to express my concern I was hung up on. Whoever is in charge right now needs to be fired. I would be highly upset if I was the store manager being represented that way. I will never go there again.

We had to tell the lady what we wanted 3 times including once at the window. Asked for light ice and got cups full of ice. Asked for no onions and got extra onions. I’ve never left a bad review anywhere so you know it’s bad I’m posting this.

I already hate buying the fries cause of the ridiculous price but then it just ruins it when it's old cold fries and it's not even filled full..... Another fast food where you shouldn't go to it if you don't want to be disappointed unless it is busy when you go so you know it's fresh. Some dark "golden" fries maybe

I really don't expect much in the way of customer service from McDonald's these days but I must say that this location has exceptionally bad customer service. These people genuinely hate their jobs. I'm seriously a little nervous to eat the food I just purchased. Visited location 5/20/2022 @ 9:00pm

Very slow. Bathroom was messy and one stall was out of order and the floor was covered in water. Just a mess. Service was subpar, fairly slow. Wasn't all that impressed

Had to repeat our order several times. Still couldn’t get it right. Got our food and the food we received was not correct.
