This woman is incredibly rude. We walked up and she was sitting at a table like a customer.. Tell her she works there as we were looking up hours talking friendly about we wondered what time it opened.. then she threw her cell phone on the counter and started talking trash to me I asked her if I said anything rude to her and she said no but she's been here since 3:00 a.m. and she has paperwork to do.. she's walking around without a mask and feeding herself as she gets our food... Wow it's like something out of a movie.. so very very unprofessional.

Convenient spot to grab a bite before your flight. Friendly staff. Hopefully the espresso machine is working the next time I pass through this airport…

Usually a pretty good experience at this location. Service can slow down when it gets busy, and I’ve seen this with most airport restaurants. Seating area is spacious. I’ve stuck with pre-made food items. Seems good enough usually.

Horrible experience! Possible food poisoning! Ordered a bowl of soup and a "grilled chicken" sandwich. First off: it took way too long for them to prepare it. Secondly: when they brought it to my table the soup had ice in it and the chicken sandwich was almost as cold. I promptly returned it and demanded that they reheat it. Third: took way too long to reheat it and it appears they may have just scooped the ice chunks out of the soup (bowl was now only half full) and the sandwich was still cold and had my teeth marks in it from when I took a bite. Fourth: I assume it was the manager that came out and reimbursed the "meal" without asking me if that was the desire. This causes several issues for me as I'm using a corporate card and reversal don't always work and now I'll have to justify the reversal. Fifth: I ethically can't eat food I haven't paid for so I had to throw everything out. Sixth: it appears there are no other eating establishments in this airport so I guess I'll go hungry for the next several hours while I wait for this delayed flight. Seventh: I should not have to wipe off the tables and clean up other people's trash ... Not my job! Serving cold chicken and cold chicken soup should be illegal and investigated by the health department, my stomach is already flipping and I know vomiting is moments away I will also be lodging a formal complaint to the health department. I tire of $hit companies continue to provide $hit service and $hit food for $hit prices. They feel they can provide all this $hit then reimburse you and everything is fine. Update:. Yep puking like crazy now ! A$$hole $hit A$$ company and food thanks for the food poisoning or whatever you gave me. But hey at least it was for free right ?!?

Stale tea, employees that spend 5 minutes looking in the same cabinet for 5 minutes for cups, then another coworker notices and brings up cups. Only 1 employee is working the rest are all just standing around. No drive, no cleaning as they go.

The best veggie burger! I usually don’t order these when I go out because they are frozen. This place makes them fresh, main ingredient is bean. A little overpriced, expected because of the airport. The other family members had hamburgers, chicken sandwich and all was very tasty. A pleasant surprise for an airport setting.

Skip this place and eat at your destination. Painfully slow service if you order food. If you make the mistake of ordering food here remind them every five minutes that you have a food order and you may get it eventually, otherwise they'll forget you are there and what you ordered.

Our flight was delayed for 3 hours. We had a great meal and fortunately drinks while waiting. It made the wait less painful.
