This starbucks is great. The staff is friendly and efficient. It looks amazing inside after the remodel too. I often order pickup here and they have it ready super fast, it's well labeled and organized too so easy to get in and out.
All the times I've ordered I can't think of a single time I've had a bad experience.

The place was recently remodeled and where there was a Bar where and a narrow corridor but very practical to be able to wait for your order was removed and it is chaos two people with me 3 of us had to apologize to each other because we are standing there waiting and we bumped into the move just a little. The other spaces are occupied so it's uncomfortable anyway I just wanted to comment on that

I go to this place time to time and the employees are always very polite and smile. Top of that recently I've been picking up old coffee grind for my garden and they are always nicely ready. Its free and saving environment for the earth. Thank you all the staffs and the Starbucks ♥♥ Springfield.

This is my preferred SB and I go out of my way to go there. They roll a mean Dark Roast all day and they have some really awesome staff. The manager runs a tight ship.

They made my drink good, but I drove far to come study and do school work in there , but the loud music and emplyees having a loud conversation each other was so hard to bear I left after 5 minutes.

I just left this starbucks (which is normally 5 starts anyway) and the young man working the cashier on Wednesday at 3pm was so kind and accommodating for my mother's birthday. I had gone to several other Starbucks before coming to Springfield looking for a specific item my mother loves and he went out of his way to help me out.

Starbucks is very nice very friendly specially the nice lady that made my drink Sarah. I had a complicated drink that I saw from one of my coworkers and that complicated but Sarah was able to make it for me and it tasted amazing it has Kiwi, peach juice, raspberry syrup and passion Tangango it Mgo Drg Lemonad.
