After a long long time I finally got to eat something close to Chinese with a "South Asian" touch. It's rare to find such halal options except if you are living in the Desi Populated Community in North America.
Coming to the food, it made me recall the nostalgic chinese flavour from my hometown. This Chinese food was neither too Chinese nor complete Desi, but a perfect blend for Brown Foodies like myself.
Would definitely recommend it to "Halal" Chinese food lovers of DMV. And yes portions were quite enough for 2-3 people per dish.
Though ambiance and cleanliness that you experience while dine could be improved & was not much impressive.

For appetizers we had the chicken corn soup, chicken pakora and chicken wontons. The food was good except when we got our order there was no corn in the soup. After I informed the waitress she was happy to take it back and "add" the corn in...not really sure how that goes but it was fine and everything tasted really well.
For main dishes we ordered the vegetable fried rice with egg and the Hakka crispy chicken; bot dishes were really good. However, the Hakka crispy chicken was a bit sweet for my wife's taste buds..but I thought it was fine.
The service was really fast and multiple waitresses came over multiple times and checked in on us so that was a super plus...all in all this is a nice restaurant to go and enjoy some good Chinese food!
I came here with a group of 8 on a Saturday night, it wasn't busy at all so we were seated rather quickly. Overall, I really liked this place and would come back again, however there were a few things that I did not like. First, the restaurant was a little dirty, even though they cleaned our table it still felt sticky. Second, I wish our waitress would have told us that we were ordering too much food because we didn't realize how huge the portion sizes were.
I'd recommend the General Tso's, sweet and sour chicken and hot and sour soup. The spicy chicken wings didn't have any flavor,
This was ok... not many Halal Chinese restaurants around. The Horan sour soup was excellent, the chicken wings were crisp and spicy. Singaporean noodles were also flavorful. The only thing that disappointed me was the Padthai. It is a nice place to try if you are a Halal Chinese lover...
We ate yesterday it was really good , customer service was excellent .. all dishes including shrimp vegetables, chicken corn soup, crispy fry chicken , loMein noodles were good except one of the long sting type chicken ( crispy chicken maybe) was way too chewy that I couldn’t even bit or chew , we brought it home but had to waste it . I should have returned it . Everything else we enjoyed with family . Thankyou so much.
Chicken and shrimpw lo main noodles, Hakka crispy fried chicken. Sizzling chicken with peppers and onion .Awesome taste. Great customer service. Best halal Chinese food in northern Virginia area. Shrimp lo mein
There are other Halal Chinese restaurants in the area but this one is best in terms of taste and service. Plenty of parking and open space. We have been coming here for years and taste has always been fresh and up to standard.
It is very rare to find a halal Chinese restaurant. Their food was great. The place was ok, clean. The staff were friendly. Loved their Singapore noodles and sweet and spur chicken. The fortune cookie they offer with the bill is so cute.
Hakka Chicken is good. I was expecting appetizers before the main dish but they served the main dish first. Food prices also increased with didn’t mention on the menu. Other than that, food was good.
AAA+ love it. This is one of my favorite joints me and my family are there almost every other week. Owners, service and food all ✅🫡keep up the great effort.
