Deli Mall Cafe

Off the "beatin' path" a bit, just across the road from HH GREG and/or Springfield Towne Center, my wife and I have been visiting the Deli Mall Cafe for the last several months. Both my wife and I are "foodies" so to speak, enjoy a variety of cuisines, and can distinguish a good meal from a not so good meal from various perspectives.....courteous service, quick preparation, cleanliness of establishment, variety of menu choices, etc., hence the 5 STARS + for the Deli Mall Cafe. Graduating the menu from a sandwich, soup, salad, to their excellent KABOB dishes, we can and will say that you can expect excellent quality food and service no matter what you order. On several occasions, the Cafe owner served us our food, made sure we had everything we needed, and offered to provide us continued service should we want anything. So, enjoy lunch and/or dinner at the DELI MALL CAFE. You will not be disappointed!

This place is the best. I had discovered it with my boyfriend an he can't wait to return.I had the Turkey and ham roasts beef sub while my boyfriend had the breakfast platter. The decor was nice and simple.I mean com eon, you can't really complain about a small place like this whose owners ave no delusions of grandeur. However, despite the aforementioned lack of delusions, the food here is delicious! My sandwich was the perfect one, the turkey and the ham seem to compliment each other and were bathed in tomato. On the side of our dishes we both ordered a box of freshly cooked fries, which were just delicious, crunchy and salted perfectly. We got our tummies filled to bursting with our orders and at a modest price, all costing us around 10 bucks.

I have always wanted to try this place. It turns out it is not that bad at all. They are a deli cafe/convenience store. The place wasnt too fancy looking, which is nice for a change. I got a steak and cheese sub. It was 6 bucks and change for an 8 inch sub. Not bad for the price. Actually, the sub was really good. For the convenience store part of the place, they sell beer (singles and 6 packs), juice, soda of all varieties (can to 32 oz), all types of water, some milk, candy, cookies and chips. I would recommend this place to everyone to at least try it.
