Usually very consistent and reliable drinks here. This morning was anomalous with only two youngins behind the bar and about 50 people crammed in the store waiting for their orders. Outside of the obvious labor shortage this AM where ppl were waiting upwards of 45 minutes for their orders. I didn't see the manager step up to help get any drink order caught up but then maybe they were more concerned with finding new hires.

I've been working on customizing my own favorite drink at Starbucks and I think I've got it perfect today!
I highly recommend ordering a:
Large Carmel Crunch Frappuccino
+Line the cup with caramel
+Breve
+Extra Whip
+Extra Caramel Drizzle
+Extra Caramel Crunch
8 pumps of dark caramel sauce
and be sure to get a spoon and eat it like a Frostie from Wendy's :)

The baristas at this location are always hardworking, welcoming and friendly. Today a costumer was being inappropriately rude, complaining about their drink taking too long. The baristas (I think their names were Hannah and Nicole?) reacted professionally in spite of this disrespectful persons behavior. As a fellow costumer service worker I commend the staff here!

On Tuesday June 16th 12:45pm. Great service! I had totally messed up a mobile order and went to 2 wrong Starbucks. Lovely girl at this location said “we will make it for you!” Saved me the pain of going to another location after so much frustration. Wanted to brag about her and give her the credit she is due!

Great overall experience! I had Jessy as my barista and not only was she very friendly but she was also very quick! The environment is clean and relatively quiet, making it an ideal place for someone to just come and relax. Did I mention they have free WiFi ?? I’ll definitely be back!

Only complaint is that this location's seeting is uncomfortable. Prefer to do work at other locations because of it. Awkward wood backed chairs and wood bench..
