The food was good. The portions are HUGE. Even the kids meals are nice sized. The egg roll sampler, deviled eggs and Louisiana chicken are amazing. The jambalaya was not good at all. Taste like tasteless food from a can. But the other food was so good it made up for it. Honestly should’ve sent the jambalaya back. But overall will definitely go back. Depending on how hungry you are an appetizer and one entree may be plenty for two or even three people.
I agree with one other review that said it was similar to a Cheese Cake Factory. The menu is ginormous. With the menu that big a lot of food will be average at best. That said the wait staff at the bar was pretty good, better than average whiskey list, despite not having everything on the list. My burger was cooked perfectly. My wife's club sandwich had sliced turkey (she thought that was a good thing, I thought it was bad). Lastly, I liked the atmosphere. It felt like a Great American Restaurant from the look and feel. In my opinion if they slash the menu 2/3rds and focus on quality, this could be my new favorite local spot.
Soooo yummy! The food & the service here were great! The atmosphere was cool too.
Of all things though, the carrot cake was my favorite!! It was some of the best carrot cake that I've had!
Located at the Springfield mall is a better, less-hyped Cheesecake Factory, in my opinion. The narrative book, apologies, menu, was as still lengthy and included descriptions of all the components. Pages of possibilities for light diets and food allergies. I had an excellent app available. The egg roll sampler —which included one of each of their egg roll flavors —Reuben was my favorite. The ranch was also top notch, and the egg rolls were large and crispy. It may take me some time to taste most of the alternatives, but for sharing apps and small plates, this was a terrific place (and not too expensive). This restaurant also uses locally sourced ingredients. Overall, a fantastic location.
The place wasn't too busy, so I was seated quickly. I had an appetizer and a drink. The eggplant fries were hot, fresh, crispy, and tasty (going to actually try make these). The waitress was attentive and friendly.
The menu had alot of options that sounded really good. I just didn't have a big appetite, so I will have to check out the rest next time!
This place is amazing! The menu is huge and has something for everyone, even vegan choices! Service was great and the food was amazing! Egg roll sampler, salad, Firecracker shrimp, wings and seafood ravioli( not pictured) were all 10/10.
We had a large party of eight and were reuniting after a while of not seeing each other. They sat us in the back with these big comfy booths. Brook(e) was attentive and kind to us during our dinning experience. He gave good recommendations when other guests didn’t know what they wanted. I had ordered the pumpkin martini mainly because of the graham cracker rim and when it came out without it I asked if I could still have it and he offered to add caramel to it and then ended up doing the caramel sauce and graham cracker to the rim himself. I was very appreciative of it. Was patient with other members of the party that took a little longer to order and never made a fuss about asking for another plate or pre bussing the table.
The other reviews had me nervous about this place initially but Brook made my doubts disappear.
He even helped get my dad’s jacket because it had fallen between the booth! Grateful for his efforts and the experience.
The food could definitely use some more seasoning. The drinks were ok. Large menu gives you lots of options
Honestly, overall great spot. Dare I say a better less hyped Cheesecake Factory!? The menu, sorry- story book, was just as long with descriptions of the ingredients. Pages of options for food sensitivities and light options. We had apps and they were great. My favorite were the wings ( i asked for Buffalo well-done). Not too much sauce and they were big crispy wings (ranch was on point too). It will take me a while to try most options, but for apps/small plates to share this was a great spot(and reasonably priced). Yard house is next door with similar options but this place has local sourced ingredients and they had the lights on so you can see your food! Don't forget the a dessert, the one in the picture is called the Titanic (2 lava cakes and surrounded by ICEcream!). I will be visiting again soon.
The menu is too big and I think by having it too big often means a lot of stuff is just sort of so-so.
Truffle fries were cold and just too many of them.
Pizza cheese tasted off almost sour.
Lobster and crab Ravioli was ok , just expensive $4 a piece for 6 of them.
